First time to stay in 405. Other than the carpet showed wear the overall condo wea great. Was surprised that there was no detergent to start the towels on our departure. Maybe that is normal but in all of our other stays at the Breakers there has been at least a small box ofdetergent to start a load of towels as requested.We felt bad for the owners though because the elevators were still a problem and I understand that they had to spend some of their investment to update them. Hopefully that situation will be resolved soon.

This was our 2nd stay at Breakers East, this time for a month. The location is fantastic and can't be beat. The gulf views are incredible! The condo was well stocked with everything you need to cook and several beach towels were supplied as well. The only negatives are the family room furniture, which is very worn, and the carpet in the primary bedroom is buckling. The 2 patio door screens are nearly impossible to open as well. We will be back for another month next year but in a different unit.

Unit 405 was great. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The unit was mostly clean. Other than dirty baseboards. Couldn’t ask for a better view. We had a wonderful time and we will be back if they will replace the elevators.

Excellent condo, very clean, everything needed for cooking and enjoying the beach. Great location for beach view! The only negative is the entrance to the condo location. With traffic, it is difficult to exit and enter. If you turn into the condo next door (Jade East), the is no way to cross over into the Breaker’s East property. There is a serious need for a crossover from the Jade East Condo’s to the Breaker’s East driveway.

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. Close to the beach and a great (heated) pool to play in. The condo is beautifully finished and has amazing views. We really appreciated the washer/dryer and full kitchen. We also appreciated the 2 beach chairs and umbrella down on the beach included with the condo. It made us feel like we had our own reserved spot at the beach every day. A great place for R&R and not too far away from all the action on the Boardwalk. We will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at BE! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our extended stay. The bed was comfortable, which is very important! The view from the fourth floor is beautiful! The use of the owners beach chairs and beach towels was much appreciated. My only complaint was the carpet in the bedrooms. Love the staff and Carolyn! She is always quick to respond to questions and any issues that may arise. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in several units at Breaker's East, but this is the best to us. I love the lower floors where you can see and hear the surf better. I love the updated design of the kitchen where the wall has been removed giving you a much more open design. The unit was well supplied and updated. It will be my choice from now on in Breaker's East!

We brought my 86 yr old parents to see the ocean since health is declining. We all loved the condo. Was wonderful. We are hoping to do it again next year. Very Clean, excellent view of the ocean. Enjoyed sitting in the beach chairs under umbrella.

Our family stayed in the condo for our family vacation this year. We loved the privacy of the gate around the property. The condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and beds slept so good. Great location close to everything you would need. Extremely relaxing and definitely looking forward to coming back.

Highly recommend Breaker’s East #405
This was our first time staying and we will DEFINITELY be returning next year! The location was close to many restaurants and shopping. The view and balcony level was ideal! The condo was fully stocked with all necessities such as beach towels, kitchen cookware, beach toys for the kids etc. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella set up each day. It was a perfect vacation and we were sad to leave.

Overall this condo is great. Unbeatable location with amazing view and very clean inside. We had only one concern and this is safety. The balcony sliding doors would not lock, and we have two small kids and they would constantly opened them. Eventually we managed to lock them, but it was challenging and loud. But I still think it’s a great condo and would love to come back again. Thanks

Wonderful condo and weather
The condo was wonderful and just as shown on VRBO. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable to sleep on and both bathrooms were great. We loved the view from the balcony and saw dolphins every day either from the condo or the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella are a wonderful amenity. We didn’t cook very often but the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Our favorite meals were at Stewby’s and Macquire’s along with the fresh crab we cooked. As mentioned in other posts the entrance drive to the condo is a little hard to see (remember that it is just after the Jade East sign) but once you find it the first time it is easier after that. We rented a pontoon from Aloha Rentals our last day and highly recommend it. Overall it was an amazing week of relaxation and rejuvenation. Thanks for allowing us to borrow your condo for the week!
