We have stayed at this property before one year ago. Beautiful neighborhood. The property had some upgrades in the way of a new mattress, bathroom updates, and new air conditioner which was easier to set. All in all a wonderful experience.

This is a very comfortable house with nice outdoor spaces in an excellent location - 1 block from the beach & 3 blocks from downtown.

Great House. Great location. Beware- there is not a single useful kitchen item. The kitchen is severally lacking everything! There are several annoying things about this house.

Loved our week at Sandy haven! The main floor is the perfect set up for a week of family fun at the beach. Great location, beautiful house! The full size beds are not very comfortable, definitely recommend only for kids but the king & queen are great for people of any age.

The house was clean, well maintained and very close to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a truly beautiful home and location. Everything is just as described (if not better.) Gorgeous outdoor patio with fireplace. We were only steps away from the beach too. We loved the complimentary bikes accompanying the house. If I had one complaint, it would be the amenities provided seemed cheap. Small thin bars of soap, one trash bag, and a couple rolls of toilet paper. For the price of the rental, it seems like a bit more attention would be placed on the details. Otherwise, great home for a restful getaway.

We love this little community. Sandy Haven is located in a perfect spot for us. Close to the pool, lawn, beach, town, and long walks on the trail. Great layout for the design of this house with a nice courtyard and two sitting areas downstairs.

We really enjoyed the house and it was in a perfect location for our trip.

What an amazing property in the best possible location! My wife/I and our 11/2 year old spent two weeks at Sandy Haven and it was a complete success. Super close to the beach and directly across from the pool. There is also a very nice park a few streets over (2-3 min walk) with swings and jungle gym…perfect when the little one need a break from the beach. The property sits in a great central spot with the Rosemary shops/restaurants a 10 min walk to the left and BigBadBreakfast a 5 min walk to the right on 30A. House met all our needs and we cooked a lot…kitchen was fully equipped and the fridge was massive. Can’t thank you enough for the great time and amazing memories!!! Definitely coming back soon ; )

Good stay, good location

Zero complaints about our stay. The property was exactly as described, and looks just like the pictures. 2 minutes to the beach, 15 seconds to the pool. House was clean and well appointed. We were perfectly comfortable, and look forward to our next trip!!

Great location -- right by the 2nd lawn. New house and furnishings. A bit noisy in the am with construction next door but that will be gone soon. Out door seating area is fantastic.

This is a great property. Pictures are accurate, close to everything, clean and property manager was responsive when we had questions.

We loved our winter week in Sandy Haven. We read on the porch and took morning walks on the beach and around the neighborhood. The house is beautifully appointed and look forward to staying there again.

The house was perfect for our family of four and our very old dog. A couple of little notes: There were roofers present for the first day of our stay however. The downstairs heater did not work against the very cold. But the location was great!

My best friend and I stayed here for the weekend. Beautiful home with great access to pool, beach and town. Cleaning was mediocre and wish check-in was earlier and check-out later. Overall excellent stay.

Great location. The house is nicely appointed. We did have some issues, ice maker didn't work but the property manager brought us ice. Dishwasher didn't work but they sent someone right away, it didn't fix the issue though so we had to wait 2 more days to get it fixed. The wi-fi kicked us off a lot which was quite inconvenient since we were taking a "working" holiday. The bath tub leaked, they sent someone right way to fix. The fans upstairs on the porch don't work at all and one is about to fall off. Would have been nice if they were working since it was so hot. The cleaning crew needs to clean under the beds and furniture. Could use more furniture on the porches. The construction on the carriage house was still ongoing. The beds are not very comfortable and creak every time you move so those could use an upgrade too. The owner is very nice, and the property manager was attentive. Plenty of dishware and cooking utensils. Spacious kitchen and island.

We absolutely LOVED Sandy Haven!! The house itself is beautiful, the owners are wonderful, and the location cannot be beat- right across from the pool and such a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend. We’re already planning our stay for next year- thank you so much for such an awesome experience!

My daughter, her husband and 1.5 year old drove from Houston to meet us for a week. The house was decorated very nicely and with no floor coverings, it was perfect for a toddler. We were a very short walk to beach and across the walkway from the pool. We had a lovely vacation

The house itself was very nice and the location was excellent. However, the online description should have made it known the carriage house construction on the property was 15 feet from the back door! That said, the construction did not keep us from enjoying our stay and the house worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved Rosemary Beach and walked to several shops and restaurants in the area.

Great weekend with friends family

I spent a wonderful long weekend in Nivember with college friends. My first trip to Rosemary and now my new favorite beach. The house was beautifully decorated and well equipped. It was a great size for our group. It felt spacious yet cozy. The location was perfect, easy walk to pool and beach, central to restaurants and shopping. I loved that it was nestled in a quaint garden setting and the architecture was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this spot and home to take my family back next time!

The home had everything we needed. It was perfect for our group of women on a college reunion or would be for a family. The house was comfortable,very clean and decorated beautifully. I am in the design field and the house was charming with a cottage feel.The house had everything we needed ,great location to the beach,pool ,shops and restaurants. The home is pet friendly so next time I will be bringing my dog Molly. We were able to enjoy ourselves because of the home.I had spent time many years ago at Seaside but I found Rosemary Beach more Fabulous.

Our stay at Sandy Haven was nothing short of magnificent. The ideal location, with close proximity to the pool and beach, was wonderfully convenient. The house itself allows for relaxing conversations, with ample space for all to gather together or independently, for those who might prefer to slip away for quiet time. We will definitely be returning to this slice of paradise!

Was like a home away from home. Sandy Haven had all we needed and more. We had such a special time!

Great house! Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! The location was perfect---right across from the Cocina pool, steps from the beach and into town. Definitely will come back to Sandy Haven in the future!

Property has a great location. That's about the only great thing about it. It needs attention. Shower curtains are rusted and nasty, broken/missing glass in kitchen cabinets, very poor lighting throughout house, making it very difficult to read at night. Don't even sit in the chairs with black pants on. Someone has obviously had a dog or other animal. My pants were covered in animal hair. Mattresses need replacing. The house has too good a location to not get attention. The owners have obviously not tended to small things along the way.

This house is awesome. Perfectly located right off crosswalk 'C' right in the center of Rosemary on the south side of 30A. It's also about 20 feet from the Coquina pool....my baby monitor had a reception while I sat by the corner of the pool closest to the house! We just had my little family of 4 and it was way more room than we needed.

Great house. My family of 5 enjoyed the home very much. The best part was the location. Steps from the pool (but not so close that there was any noise) and only a block from the beach. It certainly helped that we had the best week of weather you could have asked for! Great home in a really great location. 30A Escapes was really easy to deal with. No problems whatsoever.
