The house and garden were well set up with everything you could want. Lots of varied reading material and entertainment options for all ages. The front yard fence was a bit low if you have a jumping kind of dog, but was fine for our Shepherd. Great back deck with fabulous outlook. Very comfortable all round. We will certainly be going back! Wonderful beach too!

Really enjoyed the staying in the house and area. It suited a couple of friends as we could have our own space. The back deck was delightful.

3 couples looking for a stress free few nights by the beach.. and we got it! The property was well located, with a lovely outlook over bush and trees from the back deck. Very well appointed with plenty of cutlery, crockery and kitchen items which was appreciated! Only drawback was no air con - not a huge problem for 3 nights but could be for a weekly stay at the height of summer. Would definitely recommend Tree &Sea!

We loved our stay at David’s house. The property was well equipped, quiet and relaxing. Our child especially loved the range of kids books there. Walking distance to the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect location
Family get-together, including from overseas - it was the perfect spot for early morning beach walks with the dog to games around the large table in the evenings. Outside deck was large enough for all of us to gather for the odd joint crossword! Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Chill holiday
The house is beautiful, good for a little getaway with a small group of friends and family. We had a wonderful time where we could just relax and it’s a short walk to the beach. The host David is very nice and answers quickly, thank you for letting us stay

House away from home
We absolutely loved staying at Tree and Sea. The bush outlook from the huge, elevated verandah is spectacular, and the house was large, clean and generously equipped with everything we could possibly want or need. Friendly neighbours made us feel at home too! Any questions we had were answered quickly by the property owner and it really felt like we were guests in someone else’s home, rather than the next ‘booking’. Thank you David and Alison, we will treasure the memories made on this holiday!

Beautiful bush setting.
We found Tree and Sea to be a very comfortable home with everything available to make for a relaxing and quiet break away from the city. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, very safe for 2 small dogs and thoughtfully stocked with games , reading materials and lots of comfy spaces to sit and relax,read or enjoy a glass of wine together. Property is in a great location , very close to beaches and shopping centre. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic holiday - beautiful home with bush outlook from the back yard. An easy walk to the beach, with a hot outdoor shower greeting you upon your return!
Key recommendation - update the property with a smart TV to make accessing streaming services easier.

Perfect spot to get away

Perfect family get away!
Tree and Sea is fabulous. The house is gorgeous, immaculately clean, beautiful vista of the bush and short stroll to Callala Beach. The fire during the Winter evenings was great, board games and DVD’s were a terrific bonus.
The decor of the house was exactly like the photos, very stylish. 2 bathrooms is great and having condiments and a well stocked kitchen with crockery etc makes your stay comfortable.
Thank you David and Alison for sharing your piece of paradise as well as your knowledge on local walks etc.
We will definitely be back.

Lovely stay at Callala Beach
Lovely property in quiet location. We loved being able to walk in the bush and down to the beach.
Plenty of space for the two combined families who stayed in the property and we loved the gas fire on cold evenings. The property is well-furnished and decorated and we enjoyed having access to games, books and music.

Wonderful relaxing getaway.
A relaxing house that is well appointed with a lovely bush outlook. Tree & Sea is as per the pics with comfy furnishings, loads of books, mags, and places to relax, with a safe well-fenced yard for the dog. All within a 5-10 min walk to beautiful Callala Beach.
Wine and chocolate on arrival was a lovely touch.

Beautiful Bush Views Close to Beach
We had a lovely stay at Tree and Sea. A real home away from home with everything you need supplied. The house itself is gorgeous and the views over the bush stunning. Walking distance to the beautiful Callala Beach too.

Home from home
Amazing location and beautifully designed with lovely finishing touches.
The gas fire was appreciated in these slightly cooler autumn evening.
We took our dog who had a great time laying on the sunny deck.
We ate at home during a couple of evening of our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed.
We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Our family beach summer holiday at Tree and Sea.
The facilities and standard of accommodation provided by Tree and Sea were excellent and made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We particularly liked the sunken extended rear of the house containing Master bedroom with en-suite, Family dining room and the covered out door Patio with its beautiful bush outlook. Our only suggestion is to repair the damaged Patio fly screens to help keep the mozzies out.

Relaxing and beautiful
We love staying at Tree & Sea beach house. The house is clean and very well presented. Having the separate living rooms is a bonus with older children wanting to have their own space. We have stayed here several times now and thoroughly enjoy the peace and quiet of the property which backs directly onto the bush. Love watching the wildlife, it is calm and totally relaxing and only a short walk or 1 min drive to the beach.
The wifi is exceptional, the kitchen has everything you need and the beds are fresh and clean. We call this our "home away from home" and hope to re-book again soon because it truly is our happy place and have never found a property as wonderful as this. Thank you David for always looking after us and making our stay comfortable and inviting.

Fantastic summer holiday house!
We loved everything about this house - fantastic location an easy walk from gorgeous Callala Beach, divine relaxing, private outlook over the National Park, well equipped kitchen (including excellent coffee machine!), very stylish living and dining space, comfy beds and necessary ceiling fans in the heat we had (note bedrooms are very small but do the job). Only tip is to bring insect repellant as the mozzies were pretty ferocious and some got in despite the flyscreens. Some citronella candles or mozzie coils for the outside verandah would have been an added nice touch, and the house could do with a security flyscreen on the front door so it can be left open to help with ventilation while keeping insects out. All in all excellent value and definitely recommended! We certainly hope to return

Beautiful house in a perfect location!
Tree & Sea was one of the nicest holiday homes we have stayed in! Super clean and tidy and so well equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The small thoughtful things made all the difference; extra loo rolls, dish washer tablets, books & games to mention a few. Not to mention the wonderful arrival surprise of wine & chocolate!
As 2 families sharing the house we found it faultless in a lovely location overlooking the woods, so peaceful! And only a short walk from a beautiful beach. Thank you so much for letting us stay, we hope to come back soon we enjoyed it so much!!
