All bedrooms upstairs. One bath up and one downstairs. Overlooks pool with nice patio and an upstairs balcony

We stayed in Kanab to visit Zion & Bryce NPs. Great central location for both. Also walking distance, one mile, to restaurants. Loved Sego & Thyme. Don't go to Vermillion 45. The condo was very dated and provided no toiletries, shampoo, soap, etc. Disappointing. Bedding also not great, polyester sheets soft but not great. Stay here was ok.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Kanab condo. We chose this spot for our family adventure because it had a pool for our grandchildren to play in after our trips to Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP. It is a great location and the price was reasonable. A great base of operations for these two parks.

Great central location to visit Zion & Bryce NPs and nice little town for all your needs. Condo very dated, no toiletries, shampoo, soap, etc. Disappointing. Easy one mile walk to restaurants. Sego was the best, Wild Thyme very good. Don't go to Vermillion 45. Overpriced & the worst service ever.

A Google address link would have helped us to find the property. Our property contact was happy to help and was there in a flash to guide us to the condo. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Great appliances. The hot tub and gas fireplace were lovely and warmed us up at the end of our hiking days. A great find.

This is a great place to stay for families to explore all the great beauty around Kanab. Room for everyone!

We wanted a location to be able to get to Bryce, Zion & North Rim of the Grand Canyon. This is the place. Kanab is a great town too. The condo was great and the pool was used alot. Owner was easy to communicate with too.

This condo was fantastic. The place was spotless and had everything we could have needed for our 5 night stay in Kanab. Close drive to Zion (45 min), Bryce (~90 min) and Page AZ (~ 60 min for Antelope Canyon visit). The hot tub was excellent and it felt great returning after to the condo when the day was done. Great service from our host (quick responses to all of our questions). The only issue was trying to find our place in the dark when we came in...the numbers on the buildings are dark which made it hard to ensure we had he right building. ...that was our ONLY issue the whole time there. :-). Overall...excellent. Very nice little town, Thanks so much

The condo itself was great--clean, comfortable, well stocked, nice location... Communication with manager was challenging because they were very slow to respond within the VRBO app. I finally had to email rental management company directly. If I book through VRBO I would prefer all billing/messages to occur within them. I don't want to sign up for another account.

Condo is in a great location: nice neighborhood, convenient to town and hiking trails, but it is need of TLC. It was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived: crumbs on the couch cushions, master bedroom shower curtain needed to be changed out, nail sticking out of carpet between hallway and master shower, etc. The pool is right behind the condo, so it was noisy with kids until 10:00.

Very clean. Nice place, gym and pool/spa were great. Will be back.

Our trip to Kanab was wonderful. The Condo was clean and well maintained. Appreciated the host contacting us and letting us know about a light issue in the kitchen and welcoming us to the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to crash after hiking. Central to Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion. All about 70 miles away each. And it had a washer and dryer! Condo in a smallish community that felt safe and quiet. Had a good time eating at Rocking V, and Sego. One night too tired to do anything but frozen pizza and wine

This was a great place for our family to stay while we visited Zion National Park and Bryan Canyon. We appreciated the kitchen and the washer and dryer, which made our stay very comfortable. We would definitely come back!

We were in the Kanab for the National Parks and as my husband said "this place was a homerun"! It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable as we relaxed after our hikes throughout Utah :)

Everything was clean and well equipped, also very comfortable! Good supply of utensils and cookware (though a grill would be an added bonus). Nice in-condo laundry area, plenty of towels provided. And our maintenance contact was quick to respond to our only issue—when the city turned the water off to the wrong unit, everything was resolved promptly. Thank you so much, would stay here again!

This property was a great base camp for our week out west. It was an easy drive to everything we wanted to see including trails, canyons, state parks, and horseshoe bend in Arizona. The property manager was easy to work with and the pool was refreshing and clean. We used the fitness center a few times and liked that it was reasonably appointed. We may actually do another trip to the area and would book the property again. The only thing that was a slight negative was a few pans seemed dirty and there was hair in the bathroom sink but it really wasn't a big deal. I got a wipe and cleaned that up and we didn't use the pans anyway. I went to the local store and got disposable aluminum ones to make it easier. Overall great stay!

This rental was very clean and they provided much info about the area which was helpful. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. Only suggestions are to balance the washing machine and get a dryer that actually dries clothes. The Kuerig coffe maker didn’t work either.

Needs to be cleaned better, hair in the tub, dirty dishes, sheets in one room were not washed and had crumbs in them. Carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed. Dog poo on the back patio. Toilet looked used and uncleaned. My wife went and purchased her own bottle of cleaner and wiped everything down before we unpacked.

Great location with many things to do around the area. The property had everything we needed. The hot tub was open but the pool was closed for the season still when we were there unfortunately.

It was a great property for Kanab. We would definitely stay there again.

Well kept home. Needs some basic upgrades to make the experience exceptional.

This rental is in a perfect area! In hindsight, we wish we had stayed here for the entire week. There’s so much to do and we did not fit everything in the few days we were there. The Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef National Parks were all in easy driving range. But there are so many other places we would have liked to visit in the area! The townhouse is lovely. It was decorated nicely, the kitchen was well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless. The nearby pool and hot tub were very nice. The gym looked great but we were too tired after hiking to use it. This was the perfect place for our family. All I can say is, “I want to come again!”

We had a great stay at this property! It was clean and was very cozy and comfortable. The manager was very quick to respond when I had a question. One big plus for us was that all three closets were big enough to fit a pack n play. It was within walking distance to a nice park and a short drive to lots of hikes and the sand dunes. We’d definitely stay here again.

would stay again. went great! Nice location. no shower supplies (shampoo, soap) so make sure you bring some but otherwise everything was stocked well. nice assortment of cookware and dishes. Even though bedrooms were upstairs, they stayed cool. beds were super comfortable!

February is quiet in Kanab even during the local Balloons and Tunes Festival. This property's location was simple to find. We liked the newer decor/amenities. The master room's king bed is really soft which may or may not be what one likes. The upstairs bathroom is shared by all 3 bedrooms which was a surprise. There were plenty of towels, pillows, & blankets. Everything we needed was included. Nice property.
