Great stay

Great condo. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to others.

property was very clean and matched the photos very closely. Only thing I could say is that the master bedroom could use a King Size Bed.

Everything was as listed however you sink way down when sitting on the living room sofa and love seat which makes them uncomfortable. They are the only seats in the living room.

Everything we needed. Convenient and fit into our park plans for Orlando and Tampa. Great stay.

Perfect place to stay, far enough from the extreme traffic but close enough if we had wanted to visit the Disney Parks. Place was clean, comfortable and safe.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The information we needed was provided upfront, the condo is absolutely beautiful with a little considerations, such as filled ice, cube trays, and a full filtered water pitcher in the fridge. If given the opportunity to stay again, we absolutely would.

Every morning coffee and balcony was best friends. I love that the balcony i screened in. Everything was clean and neat as expected. I loved the tranquility of the place over all

A great place to stay!

Contact and checkin for the property was flawless. The property itself was spotless, up to date and very comfortable. A grocery store was 5 minutes away along with many restaurants 10 to 15 minutes travel time. Meals were prepared with ease with the cooking supplies in the kitchen along with several restaurants visited during our stay. As older adults we did not visit any of the Disney attractions, but they are close as we found out exploring the area by car. The pool area which was never crowded, was used daily, swimming, floating and enjoying that great Florida sunshine. We plan on returning next year hopefully extending our stay a little longer.

First of all had a great time! Condo was excellent. Great location not far from parks in quiet little neighborhood. Everything you need close by. Great host that were on top of any issues. Would definitely stay again thanks so much!

Everything was amazing and just as described. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here, we traveled to FL for our anniversary weekend and to visit my dad who is just up the road but still have our own privacy. We loved how there was a book of things to do it felt like home away from home. When arriving I had a little issue with the gate code but with in seconds deb got back to me and it was fixed. Iv stayed at a lot of different rentals and this is by far our favorite! We will be back!

My family and I came to Florida. I’m originally from there. We went to Disney had a wonderful time. There are plenty of restaurants to go to and fun things to do. This condo was phenomenal. We enjoyed our stay beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. Also the hot tub was nice as well. The location was great. This was a perfect spot to stay in. I would definitely book another stay again.

A lovely, spacious property to relax in after long days at the parks. Everything was spotless and we felt so at home, safe and comfortable. Location was perfect, near Publix and even a Keke's Breakfast Cafe. We didn't have time for the pool but it looked nice. We did enjoy one evening on the screened balcony, which was very peaceful. Communication was excellent. Deb messaged us after check-in to make sure all was good. Instruction binder was helpful and clear. Would definitely stay here again!

Definitely worth the price! Comfortable space with basic necessities. Short drive to Disney. Restaurants nearby as well as grocery store. Only tiny complaint would be no cable (we couldn't get to work anyways) in 2nd bedroom. Would stay again!

Property was clea, very well kept and stocked with withots of.

We stayed here for 7 nights to go to disney world, the pool amenities were amazing, having elevator access to the home was a wonderful perk as well. Its super spacious and the host was super easy to communicate with. When we come back we are definitely going to try to stay here again!

This property was in a beautiful area of town with convenient stores, shopping and restaurants nearby. The property was beautifully maintained . The pool & clubhouse was amazing. The property owner was very responsive and accommodated my special request. I will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our week at Disney. You are in close proximity to the parks and have plenty of access to nearby stores and restaurants. I gave a full 5 star rating not just based on the property but also the quick response from the property owner regarding an issue at check in. She fully resolved the issue and further rebated me one nights stay for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again when visiting the area.

Love, love, love this place! Everything was clearly mapped out for us, from start to finish! The place is close to DisneyWorld and essential stores (Walmart/grocery, gas, etc.) The place is adorable! It was very clean and well kept up! The pool is a few steps away. The elevator and stairs are also close. The area is quiet and safe. The host communicated with us each step of the way. We look forward to staying there again!

Loved this property. Gated community, friendly tenants, easy access and very clean. Our condo was so nice, very clean. It had everything we needed. Also liked the binder with do’s/dont’s and attraction suggestions, I misread the garbage rules, but that was on me, they were easy rules. The pool area was nice, I liked that tenants had to use a key card to get in and not just anybody could walk in. I would highly recommend this property.

What an experience!! The owner had tons of suggestions for places to visit and dine at and we used several of those suggestions! My son was proposing on our trip and wanted to do it on a beach... she, Deb made a wonderful suggestion of a near by beach that was perfect and the proposal went off without a hitch! I highly recommend this property!! Thanks Deb!

Great for families, much bigger than I expected. Clean & easy check-in. They thought of everything, family games & movies were a nice extra!

I would recommend this place. Be sure to save the owners number listed in the book as soon as you arrive. My cell service would not open the VRBO app at the gate. When we first arrived the link worked perfect to open the community gate. After we went to dinner the link would not work. Another renter came up saying they had the same issue and their renter owner gave them the manual code. We started using that when the gate link wouldn’t work. Not sure if it was a cell service issue or link issue since my email opened but the words for the link were no longer highlighted to click. VERY CLEAN and comfortable place to rent. Super easy to get to 192 for restaurants, disney etc. This location is definitely under construction since it a new area being built in that community so more restaurants will be available soon I’m sure within a five minute drive. 192/ Old Town, Disney parks all within 20-30min. The main gate was open Friday to Sunday I assume like some communities they leave it open for so many visitors on the weekends or there was a mechanical issue? I emailed the owner on VRBO but no reply. Definitely recommend this cute and comfortable updated condo. It was perfect for us and our needs. We spent most of our time at disney but there are many things to do in this area nearby. It was really nice they had hand soap and toilet tissue to get us started. Publix is five minutes away if you need more.

We were very happy with our stay even though the pool was closed and then the hot tub. The condo is very clean and so much is included, towels, pots, pans.

Lots nearby, not too far from Disney/Universal, and our stay was comfortable.
