This home is incredibly well equipped and comfortable. Our only concern was it took two people to safely pull out of motor court onto street. A mirror at the gate would help.

Just what we needed. Location was great, property, house and views beautiful. You can't beat the views from all the windows that run along the back of the house. Wes who greeted us was great. It was very hard to leave!

After a long day in the sun, the bath towels were lofty and soft on sunburnt skin. We could walk to a restaurant with a good variety. Come bedtime, We opened the patio door while the ocean lured us to sleep.

We had a great time in St. Croix. We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and our kids joined us for one week in the middle of our trip with their boyfriend/girlfriend. My daughter's boyfriend proposed to her on this trip which made it extra special. The house was spacious and had plenty of outdoor seating and was very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

This property has it all! My husband and I traveled with our college aged son, and family friends with a college aged son. We all agreed that the house was wonderful. They stayed in the pool house and enjoyed the very best views, but it is hard to complain since there are stunning water views in just about every corner of the property. It was hard to drag ourselves away for food, hiking and exploring. The pool stayed crisp enough to be refreshing but never too cold. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very clean and updated. We felt completely safe and felt like everything lived up to expectations. No real fishing and meh snorkeling behind house but still lovely. As with any rental, there were a few hiccups but we weren't overly troubled. There was a significant amount of garbage washed up next to the house. We cleaned it up. The pool had sand on the bottom upon our arrival but maybe that is the "hazard" of being seaside. The TVs never worked. We called and the caretaker came out twice, but the issue was never resolved. Since the weather was perfect, we did not care or press the issue. The main room A/C did not work which was only a bit of a bummer at night when we were trying to have game nights together. The room did get pretty hot at night for some reason. Still, not a big deal since the BR AC worked perfectly in all rooms. Still....I can't stop dreaming about the pelicans and the water views. I would not hesitate to return to this lovely property!

The house was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and make cocktails. The beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic! The location was amazing, with a perfect view of Buck Island. The house is located on the east end and it was very quiet and relaxing. The closest city to the the house is Christiansted. St Croix was just beautiful. Everyone was friendly and the sights were gorgeous and the restaurants were great. Anne, the property manager, was so very helpful from the initial booking to the last day. Wes met us at the airport and we followed him to the house where he showed us around and explained how everything worked. Whenever we return to St Croix I know our first choice would be to stay at Paradise Found.

Stunning view. Stay couldn’t have been any more relaxing. The east end of the island and east end marine park were amazing. Watched the sun rise over udall point every morning. Thank you!

We had a total of 9 family members and the house and grounds were perfect for our needs. We used both the main and guest house and had ample room to spread out both inside and outside. Plenty of room to have everyone together inside the house or in one of the many outside sitting areas, while also room to get away when any of us wanted a bit of solitude. The furnishings and kitchenware were all top notch. Plenty of plastic cups to bring out by the pool and great appliances. We spend time cooking at home but also got a couple meals from the great restaurant right across the road. Full size grill was great as I love to cook out. Bring water shoes so you can snorkel right off the beach. Sandy beaches can be found a short drive away (less than 5 minutes) in either direction. Communication was easy and all instructions were clear. I would love to return to this rental when I next spend time on the island. The only thing missing would be some beach chairs and a small cooler or two for outings, but that is nitpicking as all members of our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed over Christmas holidays with extended family, using both houses. Most everything worked fine (had to have propane tank replaced, but Wes was right on it; and never did get any TV in the guest house, but then we really weren't there for TV). Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. and some non-perishables. Short drive to Seaside Market for supplies. Rooms, beds, A/C, etc. all great when we needed them. Pool was refreshing, but did suffer just a bit from dirt blowing in, probably sand from Buck Island. Resident iguanas were pretty comfortable with us there. Location on north side of East End is convenient to most everything expect Frederiksted, and even that is only 30-45 min. drive. Probably the best part of Paradise Lost is that ocean and Buck Island view! We sat mesmerized taking it in. No beach onsite, but one just down the road, and waterfront is more rocky, did not try to swim or snorkel it. Still, would definitely recommend the house, along with Anne at St. Croix Rent a Villa, including her car rental arrangements and thoughts and resources for all of our trip needs while on island.

Paradise Found is more like a private, family compound then a house. There is plenty of space for the family to spread out, but lots of common areas for everyone to hangout together. The best bedrooms with views are in the guest/pool house, but the view from the master bedroom in the main house is wonderful too. The beach in front of the house is not too sandy and the water in front is a bit too shallow to swim in, but the pool, view, and sound of the water more than makes up for it. The Buccaneer Resort is minutes away by car, and they have a lovely beach with a restaurant that’s open to the public. There is a nice restaurant, Blue Water Terrace, right across the street from this beautiful home as well. My whole family highly recommends this property to everyone!

We brought our family here to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary... There were 10 of us....ages 69-9.. This was one of the best vacations we have ever been on and Paradise Found was definitely the best location for our family. Plenty of Room...Beautiful...and the key word would be RELAXING! It had everything we could possible need. We put one family in the pool house and the rest of us in the main house. No one wanted to leave and I am sure we will all be back. Thank you for this "Little Piece of Heaven"

We absolutely loved Paradise Found, so aptly named! First, our greeter, Wes, was extremely patient with the slow process of getting our cars….seems everyone who arrived rented one. He was also so helpful in telling us all about the house and places to go. We asked him questions throughout the week, via text, and he was always prompt and helpful in answering us. The house and pool house met our needs to a T. With 7 adults in our party, it still had plenty of space and had all the basics. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, flatware, drinking cups, spices, etc. The view from the pool, deck, and living room was gorgeous and peaceful, some days we just hung out at the house/pool and enjoyed the scenery. The couple who stayed in the pool house had a view of the ocean from their bed, the best on the property. There was plenty to do in the area and we took full advantage of shopping, dining out and the young adults went on the snorkeling tour of Buck Island. They had a wonderful time, even though it was rough seas that day (Christmas winds, they say). Beaches nearby were great, and we explored the beaches on the West End as well, which were spectacular. Dining choices were abundant, and we especially enjoyed Duggans just down the road. It offered small, medium and large lobster, locally caught, and was some of the best lobster we’ve ever had. There were plenty of other choices on the menu as well, including fresh tuna that was cooked to perfection. Ziggy’s was a frequent haunt of ours, since they have a bit of everything including great Cuban sandwiches, Chicago style hot dogs with a twist, and great pulled pork sandwiches along with groceries, gas and adult beverages. The owners are great guys! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Our Paradise for the week was just what we needed!

My husband and my two kids aged 9 and 6 spent Thanksgiving at the main house for 9 nights. Our friends and their son stayed in the guest house for four nights. We had a great time. When we arrived I noticed there were a lot of bugs crawling in kitchen and the counters, glasses and plates weren't clean. It is an island and this is a rental so that didn't seem so far fetched and we found bug spray. We didn't have paper towels though and since it was the evening and we had had a red eye the night before we decided to wait on going to the store. There were plenty of hand towels to tidy up with. A few of the pools tiles had fallen out and my son cut his foot- still we had a wonderful time at the house. When we left we did the clean up required in the handbook. Dishes loaded and started. When we left, I put dirty towels in the laundry closet. Besides that I didn't think I needed to actually do laundry or straighten up the couch pillows. We needed up not getting our full deposit back- according to the house cleaner the kitchen counter was dirty and there was a stain on the counter that took 45 mins to clean... it is a tile counter and we made two dinners the whole time- no way anything stained the counter. I thought we paid for housecleaning? We have stayed at least 10-15 VRBO properties and have never had a cent held back from our deposit. All in all I would still recommend the property- just beware of the housecleaners not telling the truth.

Pictures don't do this house justice. Much bigger than expected, very big property, airy, super clean and very well stocked/equipped. Right on the water! 2 mins away from yacht club where you can charter a sail boat to take you to Buck island, which has white sand beaches and snorkeling. Across the street from a very nice local restaurant, 15 mins away from the historic Christiansted. The house is very baby/toddler friendly which was a huge thing for us. We asked if they had a pack and play and sure enough there was one parked right at the foot of our master bed when we arrived all ready for us to use. THE POOL! So incredibly safe, raised edge so no need for an unsightly safety gate, one half of it is a soaking pool, only a foot or so deep, which doubles as a kiddie pool... How perfect is that? There are two coconut trees on the property, and if you're lucky, couple coconuts will fall down for you to enjoy. We got two, so juicy and so special to eat fresh. We saw a lot of island reviews stating that it isn't very safe, I found this to be very untrue. Never felt unsafe while roaming the island, locals were very nice, and I even forgot my purse in a restaurant across the street, didn't realize until very late at night, and the next day (July 4th, it was closed) my husband walked over there just to see if somebody was there, and the waiter (Tim) sat there waiting for us on his day off to give back the purse. We were floored. Would definitely visit again! (Fun fact: our 1 year old started walking in this house, we will never forget this vacation)
