The hotel offers you everything that you can expect in Lecce. Excellent service, luxury hotel with attractive furniture and good location.

Only thing missing is a roof top pool.

Great location, friendliest staff! The team really made our stay feel special. Great breakfast with cooked options and variety. The facilities were very clean, great room service as well. We were initially allocated a very small room; after discussing with reception, they moved us to a different room with almost double the space within the same category, which was nice, it's just a bit disappointing we had to ask. The hotel has a partnership with a great beach club on the east coast, which is great and totally worth checking out. We used the hotel transfer during that day and the service was great.

The town square is quite busy, and there was construction going on during our stay (it started very early in the morning). In the final days of our stay, we noticed a strong sewage smell coming from the shower/sink which made staying in the room a bit uncomfortable. 25 euros/day for parking seems truly excessive (especially when parking anywhere else would cost less than a fiver), I'd be more comfortable if this was included in the room price and not paid separately.

Fantastic service with attentive staff, very comfortable room and lovely breakfast. Central location very close to central area for shops and restaurants but no disruption from street noise.

The charge for parking is a bit steep and feels unnecessary.

The roof terrace was wonderful to relax on in the sunshine - we even saw a wedding at Santa Croce! Also breakfast outside, seranaded by a live pianist was fantastic

There is no better location in all of Lecce. It is absolutely spectacular. Equally spectacular, is the staff at this hotel. I was provided a upgraded beautiful room upon checkin but unfortunately the AC was malfunctioning. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make the situation right- and they really did. The people who work here were wonderful and really saved my vacation making sure that I was comfortable and had a great experience. Additionally, this is one of the most delicious breakfasts I have had at a hotel in all of Europe. Breakfast was delicious and gorgeous. Dinner/drink on the roof at sunset it a an absolute must. It was truly a wonderful experience!

AC was unfortunately not working well in the first room I was provided. This is not uncommon in this part of Europe and understandable in a hotel that is as historic as this one. That being said, the staff did everything they could to correct the issue and I absolutely appreciate that.

Very friendly staff, amazing location, breakfast was great value for money. The included beach club trip was a lovely bonus!

Shame no pool/terrace for guests without a pool/terrace in their room to lounge in during the day. The roof terrace bar was expensive and was not as welcoming for guests as I had hoped it would be - felt very exclusive and like couldn't sit there reading a book for hours like I had envisaged.
