Location excellent. Views are stunning .

Booked a room with balcony and it didn’t have one. They did move us after 2 days of our 6 day stay to a balcony room .

The apartment is centrally located in the heart of old town, close to the city's public Purity beach as well as to restaurants, bars and shops. Yet, it is in the quiet street where you get away from the hustle and bustle of the more crowded main streets. The room itself is large and spacious that was kept tidy on daily basis. Bathroom was flawless. The breakfast on the roof terrace was basic but ok -typical Italian style breakfast mainly made of sweet pastries and fruits. The staff were nice.

Note of warning: The entry door to this historical building can be hazardous. While I watched not to bump the head over the low door frame, I was negligent of high threshold bar and felt over it with the slight knee injury and a few bruises. But, that kind of the doors are common to almost all building of the era – however a warning sticker would be helpful.

Great location close to everything. Very good breakfast. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The ladies upstairs in breakfast room and housekeeping were very pleasant. Nice patio areas and views. Gallipoli was a lovely town.

When we arrived the lady in reception was quite angry that we had driven into town to drop off luggage before going to parking lot. Our hotel information had said that we could do that but apparently not. The parking needed 10 euros in coins so we had to rush to buy drinks to get change. Cards didn't work and lots of people in car park with same issues. Also took a while to get a space so a very stressful start. We could not get wifi during stay and neither could the other guests we talked to.

The building is amazing, the breakfast on the huge rooftop terrace with 360 views on the sea is amazing, the floors and ceilings are beautiful, the staff is kind, the car-free small streets of Gallipoli are great . It was puuurfect

Palazzo Senape De Pace more than fulfilled our expectations and was simply a magical place to stay. right in the heart of the historical centre of Gallipoli. The character, spaciousness and history of the old Palazzo, superb 360 views from the terrace, the wonderful breakfasts on the terrace, friendly helpful staff and a clean comfortable room made for a highly memorable stay. I would absolutely recommend the Palazzo Senape De Pace in every aspect.

Everything was great, the staff and the room. We had a problem with A/C one evening and they fixed it asap.

Breakfast could be perhaps bigger. It was good for me (youghurts , coffee, croissants, pasticciotto :) ) Some people however prefer eggs, ham, cheese, tomatos, cucumber etc. for breakfasts which was missing.

the location could not be better! the room is wonderful and the property is beautiful spots to relax. the rooftop terrace is a huge highlight!

Great place to stay in the very centre of the old town. Lovely old house, very quiet, with lots of terraces on which to relax. Good breakfast served on the roof terrace with fantastic views. Very nice staff, and Sonia helped us find a car to rent when we were having problems getting round the area on public transport.

The location is perfect, very central. The breakfast, although the same every day, was very fresh and tasty. The lady serving us was very kind and the roof terrace was amazing.

Every morning, at 7 o'clock, we were woken up by loud noise from both outside (terrace) and inside (someone cleaning or making some preparations). The room looks much better in photos. We saw the receptionist only on arrival, then, during our 3 days' stay, not once. So, no one to ask for information of any kind. Too expensive and we did not get "the palace experience" we paid for.

The hotel has excellent location in the historical center of Gallipoli, the staff is very helpful and kind (we arrived in the morning, much earlier than the check in time but they accommodated us within 20 minutes), there are beautiful terraces - in front of the rooms and also the roof terrace where breakfast is served and where one can watch the sunset. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A very unique charming historic style of building, quiet and yet central location in the old town of Gallipoli. Very friendly staff, fantastic views from the rooftop terrace! Easy parking in a parking place - Parcheggio Porto Gallipoli. 100% recommended parking there and walking to the palace without car - 5-minute walk.
