Fint läge med balkong mot havet. Rymligt med litet pentry o sköna sängar. Nära parkeringen. Okej frukost.
Lätt incheckning vid ankomst efter stängning.
Vi skulle önska grovt bröd på frukosten. Det fanns heller ingen kniv i pentryt eller vinglas. Småsaker, men som skulle förhöja vistelsen.

Nice view and properly cleaned.
Nice sound in the room but did miss the opportunity to connect devices by Bluetooth. Hence, slightly outdated sound system. My friend got served whisky in a champagne glass since they did not have proper glasses. A bit odd.

Lovely resort, friendly and attentive staff and a great location in Visby. Shoutout to staff at the reception and breakfast restuaraunt!
Beds could've been bit more comfortable, and bit more vegeterian/ vegan options for the breakfast.

The cleaning was good and the breakfast was adequate. The balcony with the view of the sea was a nice touch especially on warm sunny days.
One toilet shared between 5 people is not really my idea of a great experience. On top of that we had an issue with the AC the second evening; complained to the front desk who promised to look into it only to disappear without a trace when I went to check 30 mins later. Don't expect anyone going above and beyond to make your stay feel special.

Noice. Music in naberhood was like at the night club. There was nobody in reception.

Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and good ac. bungalow studio was a good size.

Cheerful and helpful staff, good space for a family, and we appreciated the gluten free section at breakfast.
The oven didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. The dishwasher rack wheel was missing. The bathtub had no curtain so it was unusable for a shower. The bedside tables are pitifully small and low. For the price we paid these problems are inexcusable.

View from hotel was breathtaking and room was excellent.
Rooms were not cleaned daily and bunk was not comfortable.

second time we stayed at NOVI Resort; location is fantastic - access to the sea, nice pool and walking distance to Visby center
furniture and kitchen utensils were worn out - as we had a very nice apartment when we stayed the first time, we know that they have nicer places at the premises

The hotel and surroundings are kept well, equipment is good. Location is convenient, and despite being few kilometres from city centre it is not a problem as hotel provides bikes free of charge. Heated pool is really warm, so no problems with Swedish weather.

New and clean. location out of Visby but close enough
the first day they told us that dinner was available until 10pm. we went at 9pm and they said that it was already closed because there where no guests….

parking could be arranged by the property.

Furnishing in the room could have been better. There was no free parking at the property.
