The location was great with it being close to the aquarium, right across from Lover’s Point, and walking distance to a couple of coffee shops and restaurants. Parking was slightly tricky when we were lucky to have some sunny weather and people wanted to enjoy the water. Would stay here again.

We took my 80 year Mother for her birthday. My daughter also joined us. The location was perfect, we spent all our time sitting in the window seat. We did have an odd situation where the smoke alarm went off downstairs for some unknown reason.

Our stay at The White House was wonderful. It's a beautiful property in a great location. Easy check in and check out. Could not be happier! The house was clean, roomy, comfortable and nicely updated/furnished. I would definitely stay again.

The White House is in the most idyllic spot in all of Pacific Grove! This historic house has been beautifully renovated from top to bottom, is exceptionally clean and well-kept, and accommodated all five of us perfectly. With easy access to oceanfront trails and a beautiful view of Lover's Point, plus within easy walking distance of top-rated, excellent cafes and restaurants, we could not have found a better place as our "home away from home". When we first looked at the area, we though we might want to stay in Carmel-by-the-Sea, but a drive to that area on the Saturday found us in the midst of an overwhelming and mad crush of people and tourists on the beaches, the trails, the shopping district and ended with a so-so meal in the town center. It was a stark contrast to the community around the White House - we felt like we were just part of the local scene, joining friendly neighbors walking their dogs and enjoying the weather. Thank you for a lovely stay, we highly recommend, and we will be back again one day!

You can’t beat the location of this home. It’s was outfitted with everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family of 4. We will definitely be back.

What a slice of heaven. Perfectly situated at Lovers Point with a beautiful view of Monterey Bay. Right across from the rec trail and walkable to downtown PG. Loved the fire pit on the deck. The house was perfect. Very comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back!

Staying at the Whitehouse was wonderful. The pictures on the website are true to how beautiful the home is. The outdoor space with comfortable seating and firepit was our favorite. Kitchen had everything we needed. The view was awesome! We had no problems at all. We had a small SUV that fit in the garage and that was nice. We will stay again!

This house was absolutely perfect! We stayed with our young adult children, and had such an amazing time! Enough space for everyone, super comfortable and perfectly equipped. Easy walk to the aquarium and Cannery Row. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to come again!

We just finished our third time renting the White House: my wife, myself, my son, my daughter-in-law, and my four year old grandson. Perfect location for walks along Monterey Bay and into Pacific Grove for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Proximity of Carmel and Pebble Beach is a major plus.

Stayed at the White House for a 2024 planning conference. One of the very best places I have ever stayed. Tons of seating for meals. King beds in all rooms. Absolutely beautiful view. One big beautiful package. Very small garage but we didn't use it anyway. Host was amazing and the process was seamless. Photos are all they reflect. Thanks so much for accommodating us. We will definitely be back!!!

Great location and incredible views!

We loved the "WhiteHouse" We were 4 adults and it worked perfectly. The house is right across from the beach and we got the best weather of the year!!! Crazy busy during the day but so much fun watching the action from the deck. However, at night, very quiet and still fun to sit out on the deck. We will try to come back when we can!

The house was the perfect spot for our short weekend getaway to Pacific Grove. The immaculate house was exactly as shown and described in the listing. It makes a great base for exploring Monterey, Carmel and Pacific Grove. We'll definitely stay here again!

This property was just what I’d hoped for—3 generations and it was perfect in size and location. The teenagers had plenty to do right out the door. The weather was just right and we made use of the deck table and gas fireplace every night.

Great location with lots of room to spread out. Great view sitting in the living room and in the game nook. We did not cook there, but there seemed to be all the necessary pots and pans and the kitchen looked new. Plenty of fridge space too. We walked to several eating establishments. We mostly used the free parking lot across the street to park overnight but there is a garage. Several deer meandered in the streets in the mornings and evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

The White House was an excellent stay. Beautiful home with everything we needed, close to many fun, walkable restaurants and things to do. Stayed with my family for Big Sur marathon and would love that chance to stay again!

Loved staying at the White House at lovers point every morning walked along beach ,had coffee and light breakfast at Cafe at lovers point ,walked downtown to shop and Peppers for lunch ,Beach house for dinner ,every night especially enjoyed the fire pit and view ! Home was very clean ,beds so comfortable,and perfect stay for families we will definitely will be booking for another stay !

My wife and I love Pacific Grove and this house was perfect. We could walk to the Beach House restaurant, downtown Pacific Grove, and take a nice walk along the coastline. Would highly recommend!

We loved this house. It had lots of cozy space that was perfect for our small family of 3 and to host friends for an early New Years Eve dinner (we rang in the new year at 6p PST). The house was well stocked. We cooked, we grilled, we showered, we watched TV, we sat in the front window space and pondered existence. The cafe out the front door supplied us with morning pastries & lattes and restaurants a couple blocks away fed us take out the other nights. The window coverings are great. The TV was easy to operate. The decor was nice. Everything was very kid-friendly. A few small notes for future guests: The 1 ply toilet paper that was stocked was not great. There was no recycling bin on site. There were no emergency supplies (candles, flashlights, matches) for when the power went out for 12 hours on our last night.

We really enjoyed our stay in Monterey and hope to go again. The property was lovely and in an absolutely fabulous location. We walked to the Aquarium. We walked to the butterfly sanctuary. We walked to downtown. All easy, pleasant walks. The property was just as advertised with three big bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, dining area, and two seating areas. Nice view out the front windows, too! It was too cold to use the deck, but that looked like it would be fun in better weather.

Spent five days—our second time renting this house—my wife, my son, my daughter-in-law, my 3 year old grandson, and myself. Fabulous location: walk to the aquarium with Carmel and Pacific Grove for lunch and dinner. Wonderful walks with waves breaking on the rocks. Excellent seaside charm and comfort.

Absolutely love this home! This super spectacular home is the best scenic location in Pacific Grove. We rented this home for our bride and bridesmaids to stay at for our daughter’s wedding at Lover’s Point. Everything was beautiful and updated and clean and comfortable! The views from front deck are wonderful and it was a great to take photos at. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful weekend on Oceanview drive. Property is beautiful, clean, and convenient walking location to restaurants, beach, and shops. Management also checked in which was a nice touch. Definitely would return!

The home was perfect for the six of us adults. We prepared large dinners in the spacious kitchen each night then gathered around the beautiful dining table. The kitchen appliances are high quality with plenty of storage in cabinets and pantry. The home is designed with multiple areas to so we never felt like we were crowded. We played cards on the table in a nook overlooking Lovers Point when it was raining and spent many many hours on the beautiful Trex front deck around a counter height fire pit table watching the activities around Lovers Point, whales and an incredible show of the migration of sea lions coming from the Channel Islands. We walked in every direction, up to the downtown area thru the shops, down the paths along the ocean. Excellent location. Three comfortable king beds with great pillows. 2 Large walk in closets, dressers and an armoire in 3rd bedroom provided plenty of space for clothes and luggage. Small garage under deck fit Acura RDX, anything larger probable should park on the street. We had 2 additional SUVs Street side with no problem. Excellent vacation. Hoping this will be a yearly trip for our family.
