I liked the parking that was avaliable next to the hotel. The room had really nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The cleaning lady had done great job and the receptionist was nice and friendly.

Hot water needs some time

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was outstanding. Location is right on water.

Room was small, but we didn’t spend much time in it, so it didn’t matter.

- We didn't like that room was very small, for that much of money, we barely could move in a room. That was really something that photos didn't show on booking.com - Breakfast, something that I was extremely disappointed. They didn't have a buffet, instead they gave us menu and let us pick 3 choices out of 4 and 4th was like not counted in our reservation. We even order simple croissant and fruit bowl and they bring you apple and peach in some tiny plate. Second day that didn't have nothing else expect apple!!! They were ripping us off for breakfast and expecting we can live on a coffee and juice. I will def. ask for my money back with Booking because this was just embarrassing. All choices included some food with eggs, my wife is allergic to eggs. They didn't have many to offer and they was trying to save costs on anything, OBVIOUSLY!!! RIP OFF! - For that amount of money that we paid for 4 nights, not worth it at all and not even close, we paid in Rovinj much less and got much much more...this was total rip off.

Very nice little Hotel in the Habour of Fazana. We had a room on the seeside. Very friendly staff, every wish we had was fulfilled.
