Our family stayed here for my son's 21st birthday and we all did a charter fishing trip out of the Conn Brown Harbor to celebrate.
The home was beautifully appointed and it felt like home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the patio was breezy and had plenty of outdoor seating.
We didn't make use of the kayaks but loved that it was an option for the taking.
Communication with Rick and Kathy was great and we had a fantastic family getaway.

Cute, quiet beach house. Great neighborhood close to water. Rockport was great! Home had basic dishes required for cooking. No food items are allowed to be left so be sure to bring anything you need!! Master shower was exquisite!! Simple access to home

This was our fourth time to stay at this property. We love the location, close to the water and restaurants. Big table for games and puzzles. Always clean. Lots of outside seating. Love the new lights on the stairs.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bayview Bungalow. The house had everything we needed for our extended family weekend getaway. We enjoyed the bay views and the jetty that was easily within walking distance, as well as the cute little shops nearby. The kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed to prepare a couple of meals during our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this home in Rockport. Very clean, easily held 6. We watched fireworks from the back porch! Would def recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Rockport.

Three bedroom, two bathroom beach house close to the Rockport Cultural Art District and close to the bay. It was comfortable, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed. The dining table and family room seat six. There are two bar stools at the kitchen island and two extra chairs in the house. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed in each of them, and one bedroom has bunk beds. Bunk bed room is very small, but fine for sleeping and very cozy. There is a deck on the west side of the house outside of a bedroom (2 seats), and a deck on the east side of house outside of the family room (6 seats). There is also seating under the house for 6-8. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. The beds and furniture were comfortable and sturdy. There were plenty of ceiling fans, standing fans, and TV's throughout the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was a great place for our family to gather together!

We have stayed at this property multiple times and it is our go to vacation rental in Rockport! We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed walking to the shops downtown and spending time visiting and catching up on the deck. Great view, quiet neighbors, and everything you need to relax and unwind.

Wonderful Place to Stay
Location is wonderful - just two blocks from the water and about the same distance to lots of small shops. The house is SO cute! Perfect beach decor. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Perfect Family Getaway
Due to family sickness, we all thought our family vacation was not going to happen. The owners went out of their way to help us and we just finished a great week in Rockport, TX! The property is wonderful. It is only a quick walk to the ocean or wonderful downtown shops. A few blocks away if several seafood shops out in front of the boats that caught the seafood...fresh! The house was perfectly stocked for us to cook, play cards and games, and comfortable chairs to relax. Very well stocked kitchen and a BBQ grill. Bathrooms were well stocked with lots of towels. Probably our best VRBO stay! Thanks guys.

Winter Getaway
We are two retired couples (one from Oklahoma and one from Illinois) heading south to escape winter weather. It was sunny and 70° when we arrived on February 1. Bayside Bungalow was a clean, well equipped, elevated beach front property just as described in the listing. We enjoyed exploring the area (Goose Island State Park, Rockport Beach, and Cove Harbor Wetlands) and the Paradise Key Dockside Bar and Grill delivered the seafood we came for. Unfortunately, a very strong cold front caught up to us and we had to head south again. We enjoyed our stay in spite of the change in weather and would stay again. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy your property.

Family Getaway
Three generations of women getting together to bird, play games and enjoy each other’s company. Very clean and great living space for playing games and conversation. We want to come back when it is warmer to enjoy the use of the kayaks!

Rockport Gem
We've stayed in many home rentals and this is one of the best we've come across. The house is adorable and very comfortable and soooo clean. Everything you need is here!
Our teenagers enjoyed Rockport Beach for one day and we drove to Port Aransas the next day. Wish I would've known about Rockport Beach when the kids were little, it's a great beach for all ages, especially the little ones. Didn't get a chance to take out the kayaks, will have to come back for that!

Perfect Get Away
We needed an end of break get away for our granddaughter who goes to year around school. Her choice was the beach and this home was the perfect location for both Rockport and Pt. Aransas beaches. It was clean, comfortable , and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room both inside and outside!

Perfect place
This home was perfect for our family. Spotless home and great areas to sit and hang out outside. The owners were very nice and responded quickly! Great stay
We stayed at this beach house for a long weekend with another couple and their children. We really enjoyed the space. Very clean, nice decor, great patio. Kayaks were a nice bonus and we were able to use them at the beach for a day. Walking distance to Main Street and an excellent little seafood market called Flowers where we got fresh shrimp to grill for dinner. Highly recommend this spot!

Great location
My husband and three boys really enjoyed our stay! The house was in a great location- walking distance to cute shops and the bay. The kitchen had everything we needed, the towels were fluffy, the beds comfortable, the space very clean, and plenty of space for the 5 of us. Thank so much- a first trip to Rockport, but we will definitely be back again.

Beautiful Bungalow
This rental was great from start to finish. Beautiful house in a great, quiet area. Fully stocked with extra details (k-cups, candy and even laundry detergent)which I thought was really nice. Everything you would want in a rental. Owners were very nice and responsive. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone.
