Trochę trudno tu dotrzeć ale warto jeśli lubi się ciszę i spokój na łonie natury, w oddaleniu od kurortowych atrakcji za to pośród górskiego lasu z pięknymi widokami.

Pokój, który nam udostępniono był ciasny i słabo wyposażony. W odróżnieniu od widoków, na komfort tu liczyć nie można.

Beautifully located, provides amazing views to mountains and close to hiking trails, very calm surroundings. Room is quite small, but cozy, very clean, big comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast (included to the price), friendly, ready to help staff, speaks very good English. Hospitable owners that are truly dedicated to make the hotel a better place! Some activities are available in the hotel, like ping pong, badminton, also child zone. Dinner was availabile in restaurant, decent choice and reasonable prices.

Before mentioning anything here, I want to highlight that we loved our stay, and definitely recommend the hotel. Here are just minor areas for improvement: - Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room. - Loud air ventilation in bathroom, which turns on automatically, when light is on (wakes up during the night). - Restriction to smoke on balkony. - No small table on balcony. - Creaking door to the room.

Wirklich großartiges Personal! Mitten im winterlichen Wald gelegen ein echtes Idyll. In Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit kann man fantastisch ausspannen - und ist keine 5 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Ski-Lift entfernt. Zu Fuß in die Stadt über einen guten Wanderweg läuft man im Winter ca. 15 Minuten. Das Auto konnten wir eine Woche lang komplett stehen lassen - dank der Mountain-Taxis. Ist auch besser so im tiefsten Winter durch den Wald über vereiste Straßen. Die hauseigene Sauna war ein guter Ort der Entspannung nach den anstrengenden Ski-Tagen. Gutes, europäisches Frühstück, auch Abendessen gibt es gegen Vorbestellung. Das Hotel Horní Pramen macht als Ski-Unterkunft echt Spaß!

Die Zimmer sind top in Schuss, aber etwas klein geschnitten. Für den Ski-Urlaub reicht es aber, wenn man nicht 24/7 auf dem Zimmer sein will. Der Waldweg im Winter kann eine echte Herausforderung sein. Es fährt zwar morgens um 10 einmal der Winterdienst, aber die Waldwege ist natürlich vereist. Klare Empfehlung: entweder Schneeketten oder noch besser: Auto in der Stadt stehen lassen und mit einem Mountain Taxi hoch zum Hotel fahren. Jeden Tag mit dem eigenen Auto fahren macht da im tiefsten Winter wenig Spaß.

The worst place in Europe I have ever seen, it resembled those cheapest old places you can get for about 4 euros in post-soviet countries.

In addition to a generally uncomfortable and unwelcoming place: The heating was not working, the staff did not care. We are happy with winter camping, but we were freezing here, forced to sleep in cold conditions without proper equipment. Plus, we could not dry up our clothing. Unwashed beding, hair in the shower. The dinner was exceptionally awful. Getting anything like this in the restaurant, I would return my meal and leave for the first time in my life.

It's a classic great value for money. During high season I think booking would be a little bit pricey, but in general I was amazed by cleanliness, by good breakfast with a good coffee and by friendly staff (separate thanks for ladies who work in restaraunt).

I would suggest putting kettles with tea in rooms at least in the winter season.
