This location was perfect for us with proximity to everything we needed, as we are in our late 70's. Great amenities. For those of you who like to cook at home, like us, some of the utensils need to be upgraded, such as a potato peeler, and kitchen knives, and cooking pots. Yes, we would stay here again.

We’ve been traveling to P-Town for decades, and this is one of the best places we’ve ever found—a true gem! This place is immaculately spotless. Not only that, as soon as you walk in, you feel right at home. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need, and the great room is comfortable and warm. All amenities are clearly high-end and modern, adding to the comfort of our stay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a real plus! And the beds are super-comfortable. The third-floor deck has great views of the nearby horse farm, and beyond. The quiet location on the West End is excellent place to relax, and yet it's an easy walk to the excitement of Commercial Street. Finally, David & Tommy are fabulously responsive hosts. We’d definitely stay again!

If you have an opportunity to stay here, take it. The place is beautiful, location is perfect, etc. But the nicest part is that you feel at home. In most short term rentals, there are rules plastered all over the fridge. These guys go the extra mile with everything they provide and make it feel like you're walking into your home, not a generic rental.

This unit was absolutely perfect for us (3 adults). Well kept, stocked, cleaned and decorated. A small cocktail bar, streaming ready to go on TV, speakers throughout the house to connect to, "smart" options throughout. Location was great; walk to town and Jetty. Balcony view was beautiful. Bikes on premises were a wonderful addition - close to beach and all of town. Basement provided a nice little hideaway for our guest to attend to work and find some alone time. Owners were highly engaged throughout the entire process. Fabulous time had by all!

Thank you to David & Tommy for being such great hosts! The place was very cleaned and well maintained. Kitchen was well equiped. Rooms were spacious, 2 full bathrooms and a powder room were a treat. Located close enough to town, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend this rental to our friens and family!

We had a great week. The townhouse was immaculate and had everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. We loved that each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom. A great quite location close to the beach and an easy walk to Commercial St.

This property is near to everything in Provincetown. Easy to get to the beach. Easy to walk to restaurants. But also quiet and peaceful. Tommy and David are the perfect hosts.

Such a great property and the hosts were extremely responsive. The house was perfect inside and out (a beautiful patio and balcony). The bedrooms were perfect and each with their own bathroom on separate floors - great for some privacy. The hosts left us a couple of bikes to use that really added to our stay. The location is very walkable - Liz’s Cafe is nearby and is perfect for brunch. Unfortunately the deli portion on the nearby bike shop (Gale Force) isn’t open off season, so getting groceries does require a little bit of a trek but still worth it for the great space.

We loved this property. The location was quiet, but an easy walk to town. Communication was very prompt and helpful. The furnishings and fixtures appeared of high quality. We particularly liked the carpets. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the showers were good. The deck had an awesome view. The whole place seemed extremely clean and well cared for.

Clean, near everything and with lots of amenities to make our trip easy! Would book again for sure.

Spotless home with everything you need and more for kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and outdoors. Loved the back patio and top deck. Close to town and easy to get around with bikes provided. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would stay again!

We’ve been coming to Ptown for years. This property is quintessential Cape Cod with modern amenities. With a quick walk to town, this is the best of both worlds being close to everything while being sequestered. The kitchen is well supplied with quality dinnerware and cookware, the natural gas fireplace made the sparse yet windy/rainy days warm and delightful, the bedrooms and bathrooms are a little oasis. The homeowners are very accommodating and provide quick responses for any questions. Looking forward to our next visit.

Location-wise it's a 5 minute walk to Pilgrim's Landing and 10 minutes easy stroll to the middle of Provincetown. The house is not in the thick of things - and is all the better for that.

This was the perfect setting for a weekend getaway before the cold weather sets in. Everything in the town house is high quality and in good taste, and the kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated the finer details such as having nice products in the bathrooms and kitchen and the instant fireplace. The place iss also spotless. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This West End Townhouse was exactly as advertised and that was a good thing. Plenty of space for two couples to be comfortable and all the amenities important to us; parking, full kitchen, grill, ceiling fans, patio, and balcony. The location is perfect, a close walk to town but a quiet neighborhood. There's easy access to run, bike, and walk to the beach routes. The communication related to COVID and all aspects of booking was smooth and helpful. The unit was top notch clean. Tommy and David have a wonderful place and we were grateful to share it. My friends and I were nervous about being able to maintain what has become a yearly tradition and trek to Ptown but Tommy and David were just as welcoming and accommodating as ever. They made sure the house was deep cleaned from top to bottom prior to our stay and were flexible with us after a very long drive. The house is well furnished and spacious while still maintaining a feeling of comfort. Amazing stay and looking forward to many more at this property

My family & I absolutely loved staying at this rental. It’s close to the beach, the bike trails, & the town center, clean and beautiful, with an amazing outdoor space. Perfect for a family getaway.

The property was immaculate and large enough to comfortably accommodate 2 adult couples (with 2 master suites). The property is minutes from the downtown area and the beach. We didn't need our cars once during a 7-day stay. Tommy & David were easy to work with and responsive. Would definitely stay again in the future.

My now fiancé and I spent an extended weekend at this beautifully finished townhouse. The whole house was very clean, tastefully decorated, and in a great location that was in walking distance to all the shops and stores on Commercial St. and a short bike ride away from the main beaches. The house had everything we could possibly want and more. We had 2 of our own parking spaces right in front of the house, a high balcony on the 3rd floor that has a picturesque backdrop and a pair of Adirondacks to sit and admire the view over morning coffee. Washer/dryer/iron, easy to use fireplace, large smart tv's with movie/tv apps, Nest thermostats, 2 bicycles, a private backyard space with a patio set, charming string lights, and a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances and both Keurig & Nespresso machines, a mini bar for cocktails, clean towels and beach essentials. We honestly could not have asked for more! The property owner's Tommy & David were phenomenal hosts, made sure to answer all my questions, and provided everything that was necessary for a smooth trouble free stay! This was our first visit to Provincetown and we had an amazing time, would definitely love to come back and wouldn't think twice about staying anywhere else in Ptown! PS You can really tell that the owners have made an effort to make a very special place together in Provincetown with premium furnishings. Please take care of the home as if it were your own so that owners like Tommy&David can exist and allow their beautiful properties to be rented to guests from all over. Just returned from a wonderful trip in Ptwn and this condo had everything we needed to make it happen. The property was exceptionally clean and new. The owners were very responsive to questions we had. Providing 2 bikes made us move into vacation mode with ease. If you need additional bikes Gale Force Bikes is next door. Upstair balcony was great for morning coffee and evening drinks before dinner. Location was perfect for a walk into town or a short bike ride to the beaches. Fireplace was an added plus on those cool nights . Looking forward to staying here again.
