Room's light wasn't good, TV channels were very limited and all finnish, slippers could be provided for the bathroom

Hommikusöök oli suurepärane, laual oli kõike, mida vähegi soovida. Ainuke pettumus oli kohv, mis oli väga lahja ja oleks soovinud võimalust kangema kohvi ostmiseks. Pärast märkasime, et seda oleks saanud vastuvõtulauast osta.

Kahjuks ei meeldinud see, et aknaid ei saa avada ja kondistsioneer oli tüütult külm või tüütult soe.

Hotellissa on upea miljöö ja historia. Äärimmäisen hieno elämys. Mahtavaa, että on säilytetty ja tuotu esille vanhaa. Hotellin tarjoamat ruuat jotka sisältyy majoitukseen olivat aivan loistavat. Tämä oli yllätys! Hotellin sijainti on aivan loistava, ratikka lähtee muurin takaa. Harmittaa, että loma hotelissa lusittu. Tulemme ehdottomasti uudelleen!

We loved the vibe of this hotel, seeing how they turned a former prison into a comfortable accomodation

Several things were outdated in the room. For instance, we couldn't close the door properly, as the locking system was broken, and the chair next to the desk was highly unstable, so my partner had to work from the bed. The bathroom door couldn't be locked, the shower kept running randomly for 1 hour after showering, and you couldn't shower without everything in the bathroom getting wet. I would except more from a hotel like this, especially for this price.

Hieno ja rauhallinen paikka ja sijainti. Oma piha on plussa ja viihtyisä aikuisille. Ystävällinen palvelu , sellistä löytyy kaikki perus asiat, kiitos. Vankilan tunnelma säilynyt .

Das es ein besonderes Hotel mit einer Geschichte ist. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück für jeden Bedarf( Laktose, Gluten) und ausreichend.

Everything was excellent. Very close to the ferry port for Tallin where we went the morning following our stay. Unexpectedly, the hotel offered afternoon tea and an evening meal, both included in the price, in addition to breakfast. All meals were delicious and filling. Staff were all very helpful.

Ihana hotelli, hyvällä paikalla. Hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Viime hetken huonemuutos onnistui täydellisesti ja teinit pääsivät omaan huoneeseen. Aamupala, päiväkahvi ja iltapala olivat kaikki hyviä. Raitiovaunu kulkee suoraan oven edestä keskustaan. Suosittelen!

Toinen huone kuuma, mutta ikkuna saatiin auki nopeasti pyytäessä.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Erinomainen aamupala, iltapala. Vanhanajan tunnelma hyvin säilytetty. Sijainti hyvä, lyhyt kävelymatka kauppatorille mistä pääsee vesibussilla, hyvin moneen paikkaan.

Kokonaisuus oli ensiluokkainen! Aamiainen oli yksi parhaista hotelliaamiaisista mitä olen syönyt. Perhehuone oli toimiva. Erityismaininta täytyy antaa henkilökunnan ystävällisyydestä!

Näkymä huoneesta sisäpihalle oli karu, mutta tämä nyt ei mitään haitannut. Pistorasioita oli huoneessa vähän.

I loved everything about this hotel!!!! The hotel is very accessible by transit - the #4 trolley stop is right outside the gate. The hotel is also walking distance to some amazing attractions, restaurants and beautiful architecture. The facilities are breathtaking. The building still has some of the old prison feel but the accommodations are very modern and updated. Breakfast was fantastic with a very large selection of food and drinks. The sauna was a wonderful way to wind down after exploring the city, and the preserved jail cells on the basement level were really interesting! The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly.

Very atmospheric hotel, given that it was previously a prison. The breakfast room is in the basement, along with a couple of Cells in their original form. This was a return visit; we stayed here on our honeymoon in 2016.

The room felt a little tight, perhaps because we had the sofa bed made up and extended. A bit of skirting board fell off and did not get repaired. That seemed odd. Also had to request top-ups for tea/coffee/milk/sugar.

We knew the property had been a prison, but the transformation into a lovely and fascinating hotel was amazing. Just enough original character remains, but with the addition of beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms and public spaces. Breakfast was superb. Our only regret was an early ferry, causing us to miss our last breakfast. The "backyard" garden space and bar was a welcome place to relax each night. The bartenders were attentive and entertaining. As for the ferry--the proximity to the ferry was our original reason for choosing this hotel. It was an easy two block walk. The hotel was also located within an easy walk of the Esplanade, the harbor market and many other prominent tourist destinations, yet in a quiet more residential area.

Unique style, good breakfast, very comfortable bed. Enjoy the outdoor restaurant, tasty food and good staff.
