- fantastic location in the heart of town
- free underground parking. We had no trouble finding a spot
- friendly staff
- great breakfast with loads of options made to order as well as a buffet option
- quiet, away from road noise etc due to the hotel being in an inner courtyard
- no sound insulation between us and the floor above. It sounded like a 200kg toddler was running about.

Hotel in good location. Room was very nice, spacious, clean. Its really what we expected for the price we payed. Batroom is very beautiful, with jacuzi bath. Safe , mini fridge, balcony in the room. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. You can get full irish breakfast and use continental bufet aswel. Very nice restaurant and bar. We had a dinner aswell. Didnt left disappointed. Very enjoyed food and drinks. Excellent service. Aswell it is expensive. But worth every penny. Would come back again.

We had a lovely family break in the Westport plaza. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to my two little girls. The dinner in the bar was gorgeous and the facilities were very clean

it’s well located for town centre. breakfast is great. staff lovely
it’s tired. needs a makeover. bathroom freezing with no towel rail. Odd. gym is also ancient and not v clean. Pool ok but busy with general public. overall 6/10. needs serious investment

I love everything about my visit to Westport Plaza Hotel. Definitely I will come back without any doubt. It was nice hosting, staff are very nice an polite. The room exceed my expectations to be honest. It was bigger than I expect, everything was clean, we have everything a nice view from Patrick's mountain 🗻. We couldn't stay longer but next time I will stay at least 2 night.
I don't have anything to complain, everything was perfect.

Room was nice, comfy bed and nice pillows
The hot breakfast was not up to standard, considering how nice everything else about the hotel was.
we did eat in the restaurant for an evening meal and that was very nice, but the breakfasts seem to be cooked in batches and kept warm for hours at a time

Brilliant location, rooms well equipped and a good size. Ours had a balcony overlooking the Courtyard which was really lovely.

There was a lovely big bath but no soap or anything to be able to use it.
