The apartment is nice and spacious, the location is very good, the new system to collect the keys is great,

Missing enough amount of toilet paper (only 1 role); only 1 washing tablet for a dishwasher; softy pillows

Apartament is not bad, as shown on the photos. I don't like Karpach in this area, the road are without footpath, people and cars use the one space. Nature, mountains are not visible at all, only houses and roads

Deposit for the apartament was returned after 30 days. The process of payment for staying is pretty strange, I've got a lot of links from unknown number, which I should use and pay. It was difficult to pay without polish card. Also I had additional payment for the dog, but didn't find this information on Booking

Clean and well equipped, functional flat. Does what it says on the tin (ie like the pictures) Parking

Received 18 lengthy emails & texts but none explaining where and how to get the keys. and no one would answer the phone. Pray you don't need any assistance Had to make 3 different payments to get the booking completed, the last 2 at the last minute when it is not convenient. Out of the ski season, all shops and restaurants around are shut and the place looked like one of these empty suburbs in dystopian films with hundreds of houses and not a soul in sight

Very nice place. About 20 minutes by walk to the centre. Very nice apartments with all you need.

Well equipped appartement, friendly staff.

Terrible mattresses. It was impossible to sleep on them, after the second night everyone had a backache. They are too old and must be replaced. The pull-out couch in the living room was even worse. The couch was stained and wouldn't open all the way.
