Location, breakfast selection was excellent, very friendly and professional staff plus the hotel was spotless

We loved everything about this Hotel and especially the fact that is wasn't too big. The bedroom was very comfortable and not too big or too small. Breakfast was really nice and very fresh. . Lovely reception area and breakfast room. The staff were excellent, very friendly and always ready to help....The proximity to the bars and restaurants was perfect. We also booked transfers to and from the Airport through the Hotel and both transfers were seamless.. The bikes were in brilliant condition and were great for our trips to see neighbouring villages. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again🙂

I absolutely loved the location of Kriss Hotel in Bardolino. Situated right on the shores of Lake Garda, the views were breathtaking. The serene atmosphere and the tranquil setting made for a truly relaxing getaway. The hotel's proximity to the town center was also a major plus, allowing for easy exploration of the charming streets, shops, and restaurants.
The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was inconsistent, which was a minor inconvenience.

The location ,in front of the lake and the view we saw from our room
After enjoying our day, we’ve returned to the room and didn’t have hot water to shower and the room was very cold.
There was no phone in the room so my husband went to the reception to complain. The night person came up with him and said the air condition system is not working and brought us additional blankets and on the hot water he cant help right now but he will leave a note for the morning people. In the morning we went again to the reception she didn’t have any note on the issues we had and she was simply rude to us.

I reserved a parking for 8€ per day that was mine the entire stay and it was such a great service.
if you don’t want to pay there is free place on the road, lake promenade so not always easy but doable.

The hotel is situated right on the water and a short walk from the main downtown area of Bardolino. Nice, clean rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast was great. I'll stay there again when I am in the area.

We had a standard double room with limited sea view, and the room was in modern and bright design with much storage places.
Bathroom was excellent. Large shower, lots of room for storage under the sink, good placement of makeup mirror, good quality hairdryer.
Excellent breakfast included.
In addition to the private beach, there was also a couple of sunbeds and a jaccuzzi on the roof of the hotel. Nobody else up there, so it felt like we had our private sundeck.

Lovely location on the lake. Nice swimming dock and restaurant on the beach to chill. The roof terrace is also beautiful. 5 minute walk into town along the lake.
Rooms a good size, comfortable and clean.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Gave us a free coffee/prosecco on arrival.

Couldn't access the wifi so just used our 4G. I'm sure the staff would have helped us resolve this if we had mentioned it.

Great location only 5minute walk from the centre which has lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were lovely and breakfast was amazing(fruit,cereal,breads,croissants,donuts,meat,cheese,freshly cooked eggs,sausages and prosecco on offer!) Free parking on site which is useful and a private beach across the road from the hotel.
Hotel a little dated and aircon took a while to kick in.
