Lloc agradable, personal amable, atent i diligent. Instal·lacions netes i llit força còmode. Bona relació qualitat-preu. És un bon lloc on poder tornar.

Desayuno excelente con gran variedad y amplio horario. La situación del hotel es perfecta para ir caminando a todos los sitios del pueblo. Es fácil aparcar por la zona y la habitación está muy limpia.
No hay nevera en la habitación, elegimos cama de matrimonio en la reserva pero no tenían disponibles y se escuchaba mucho los ruidos de otras habitaciones

La ubicación
Las almohadas no eran cómodas, pero eso es según cada gusto. Tampoco había nevera en la habitación para poder tener bebida fresca.

La persona que nos atendió, (Eva) , resolvió todas nuestras dudas, muy amable y resolutiva. La cama muy cómoda, la situación céntrica , y los desayunos espectaculares.

Por 3€ mas tienes una habitación más amplia.Nosotros reservamos dos las barata que nos ofrecía booking abuhardillada, para mi gusto un poco pequeña y otra con vistas a la montaña por un poco mas que era más amplia y mejor para poder entrar con el carro,si quieres servicio de cuna tienes que avisarlo con antelación para que lo prepare el servicio de limpieza por 15€. Camas cómodas.
Gente maleducada entraba a voces mas tarde de las doce y se oía todo, alomejor no tiene culpa el hotel pero bastaría con un cartel o un aviso por favor no hacer ruido gente descansando y poniendo algo que aislara mas el ruido en las puertas de las habitaciones.

Gostamos de tudo, o hotel é muito tranquilo e agradável, limpo. O pequeno-almoço é incrivel. Conseguimos estacionar o carro na rua em frente ao hotel e a zona é muito sossegada.

hotel is nice comfortable and great location in the town. Church next door and Palace across the street is beautiful. Extremely quite and has air conditioning
the view from the back is a park and public pool.not so stunning, but quite. In the photos it looks as if the pool is part of the facility. Ask for a front of hotel view. No balcony in the rooms to sit and enjoy the town.

After a change of plans, we ended up having to stay a couple of nights in Cangas de Onís. We booked Hotel Santa Cruz and were very happy we did! We ended up staying both nights there after having experienced great service from the staff, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and pleasant. The rooms were great as well and the breakfast was AMAZING!

Noisy air-conditioning. Staff control this at reception but still a problem. I must admit I'm not used to using one.

The property was located close to the main bus station, which was useful as we didn't bring a car, as well as the main road with all the restaurants and shops.
They also gave us a huge room with a view of a playground. Even when there were many kids, we couldn't hear them.
The breakfast room was small but the buffet was actually quite extensive and constantly being refilled.
Since the breakfast room wasn't large, we had to reserve a time for breakfast. This wasn't an issue as we wanted to get an early start however it doesn't really allow spontaneity.

Clean and modern facilities. Conveniently located by the bus station, about a 6 min walk. They offer breakfast and dinner with a reservation. Would definitely choose this place on my next trip to Cangas de Onís. Friendly staff 🙂

The breakfast was perfect, and the location was right in the centre. Very well taken care off and the hotel itself is very clean

Perfect location and good breakfast, the bathroom was nicely equipped. The staff was very kind.
The sound isolation isn't great so there was a lot of noise during the night. The bed was also creaky and not very comfortable.
