Great location for sightseeing we managed to walk to all attractions. Very attentive staff nothing was too much trouble.
Having to hand the room key in to reception every time you went out but understand these can be costly to replace and a security issue. All having to be accompanied to the garage to can access to your car.

Schattig hotel en mooie kamer. Dicht bij de Champs-Elysees. Super aardig personeel.
Het extra bed was te klein voor mijn zoon, dit is de volgende dag omgeruild voor een groter bed.

Great location, less than 5 mins walk from metro and 5mins walk from champs élysées street with lots of shopping and restaurants/cafe nearby.
Super friendly staff at the concierge, special thanks to Johnathan who gave us a warm welcome at the desk.

the location was definitely its only asset! also, it was quite clean!
the renovation of the hotel is cheap, definitely not worth its rate! rooms were very small, and the bathroom was basic! airconditioning did not work for the first 2 nights and although we complained to the reception and we were reassured that it was fixed, it was not. We later had to wait 15 minutes on hold on the phone line , as the landline remained unanswered for hours, in order to complain about the aircoditioning not working. Interestingly!!! it was on heating despite the 25 degrees Celsious outside! luckily it was fixed for our last night!!!

It was a quaint and understated hotel in a very nice location that was very convenient to go anywhere, the staff were all so wonderful and gracious so we enjoyed our stay immensely. With so many hotels in Paris, I highly recommend this hotel if you’d like a small and quiet hotel without the parade of bellboys and piano recitals in the lobby.

The staff were attentive, helpful and made the stay. The hotel was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was good. Great location.

loved the location , very clean bathrooms which is my first priority , room was very clean n well maintained … a big thumbs up for the staff who were genuinely amazing in fulfilling all your needs , so overall it was a beautiful experience 😊

very clean and functional room. All the staff were wonderful, met all our needs with a smile. The hotel is only minutes away from the Champs Élysées and walking distance to other great attractions.
The wifi would drop out regularly, couldn’t maintain regular signal.

The staff is excellent, very friendly, professional and forthcoming. The breakfast is good too. The only thing meriting an improvement would offering quintessential croissants (almost warm, crispy and like the ones one would get early in the morning at a good boulangerie)
The size on the room makes maneuvering and stowing the staff difficult.

Great location walking distance from champs elysess, lovely decor, modern and tasteful, nice products in room well stocked mini bar, lovely breakfast and complemantary afternoon tea, coffee etc was a lovely touch but mostly it was the staff who were so kind amd friendly nothing was too much bother at any time of day!

The staff, although they struggled with beverage requests were always friendly and polite.
The noise from honking cars from the street below between 3-5am on both Friday and Saturday night was unbearable. I hardly slept….

I liked the location. I could walk to many of the places I wanted to go.
There was no coffee machine in the room although the description said there would be. That would not have been a problem for me if there'd been instant coffee sachets but there weren't. I asked for some to be provided but they weren't.
