bad experience staying in this place. Was requested by the lobby to provide a copy of my credit card. The property provide with free parking but when I came it suddenly costed me 10 euro. and the parking lot is the hell of a place. I almost burned my clutch when entering the parking garage and driving out of it.

do not recommend anybody to stay in this hotel, even for free.

The hotel is in city centre.

The staff. We stayed 7 nights at day two we asked when cleaning stuff will come and they said after the 5th day. We had to take our trash by ourselves. After the 5th day we asked the. If they can come yo our room as well and they said thet we would have to pay for this service. Breakfast was unhygienic. Every one had to get their food with bare hands. There weren't any utensils to grab a croissant- bread or even slices of salami etc. Forks were dirty- coups were dirty even sticky. The reception closed every noon for break. I also witnessed a jung couples struggle with his 2 year old child to get in the hotel. They had just arrived an no one was at reception to help them vet their room. Room did not have an hairdryer.

location is near to mulhouse train station. ( 10 or 15 mins as walking) espacially sheets and wc are clean. heaters are enough to warm up the room. there is carrefour and good patisseria near to the hotel ( 5 mins as walking) employees are so polite and helpful if you have a problem and a question ( thank you Asma )

we stayed at the ground level and there is a bad smell come from the sink. ı solved the problem putting a napkin onto the hole.

I asked for accommodation invoice and they told me, that they send it to my email. I received nothing. So i ask 2x for my invoice and still nothing. Now my company will not pay for my work trip.

The room was very clean and spacious. It is located literally 2mins walk from the cathedral! The staff member was very cheerful and helpful!

The location was superb. Very close to the city centre, tram stop and railway station. The receptionist was quite helpful and spoke english when my basic french was lacking. There was parking onsite - however it is quite a job to get into it - very tight angles. The hotel didn't fall down when then was quite a noticeable earth tremor :0) In short we had hot water, a bed and roof over our heads for 3 days.

The room was in the eaves. It was dark, very cramped and small. We did ask for a quiet room so maybe that's why we were there but it was pretty rubbish. Nothing like the pictures so we must have had the worst room in the hotel. The furniture was very tatty and scratched. The kitchen lacked basic things like a bottle opener/corkscrew. The shower over the bath was broken so it had to be hand held. The whole room was in desperate need of gutting and starting again.

Location excellent - close to railway station and town centre. Staff friendly and helpful.

No sharp knife. Bath not very wide.

The studio was very comfortable and big, and had everything you will need The staff were super nice The bed was comfortable with a lot of pillows
