Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und Ideenreich. Sehr aufmerksames Personal, was sofort agierte wenn etwas fehlte.
Tja, das fällt echt schwer. Und ist gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wir kommen wieder.

The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us and they are a real credit to the hotel. The communal hotel facilities were excellent and much better than I had expected. Breakfast was outstanding, if a little on the pricey side (had assumed breakfast was included as I normally how that box checked) but when added to the room rate and facilities it is still very good value for money. In addition the outside space at the hotel is amazing and if we had stayed for more than 1 night we would have definitely take more advantage of it and the Spa facilities.
Location was a little bit isolated. The rooms could do with some updating. My room had a very eclectic feel which could just be a style choice and it was certainly nice enough but a lick of paint wouldn’t have gone amiss.

Die Neuen Zimmer Himmelsstürmer sind sehr geschmackvoll modernisiert.
Erstkontakt am Telefon bezüglich des Ablaufplans war irritierend. ...können Ihnen keine festen Pausenzeiten zusagen.."
Die "alten" Zimmer sollten optisch angepasst werden.

Staff were amazing, very attentive, friendly, and always smiling
Food in the restaurant was superb, waiting staff took their time to translate the menu for us, and did not rush us, the homemade breads and goats cheese mouse were out of this world, great selection for breakfast and the morning staff were again amazing.
The hotel is in a great location, nice and secluded
Bed was a little too soft for me, and I kept rolling into the middle of the mattress.

We were supposed to have a garden view but we didn't. They asked us to pay 18 Euros for a baby crib.... I think with 50 we can buy it... 🙂

We enjoyed the quietnesses of the room as well as the option of the screens. Beds were comfortable. The walkway to the bus station and supermarket was very convenient.
We didn’t make use of the restaurant. It seemed overpriced. Also on one evening it was closed. We made use of a local restaurant (EssZimmer).

The room was lovely, breakfast was fantastic. Pool facilities and children's play area kept little one happy. Surrounds were perfect for wandering with the pooch. Seemed like plenty of parking available. The hotel was a lot more luxurious than I expected for the price so very good value! Staff were friendly and communication was great with rapid responses to concerns presented prior to arrival.
This is really only a minor complaint but additional charge for the dog was a bit more than I would usually expect. But it seemed like the hotel took extra steps to keep things comfortable for them with towel and bowl provided and even poo bags if you needed them so I can see how the charge is justified.

The room was very spacious and clean. A nice working space and enough room for a child to play. The shower was really big. Robes and towels provided for when you use the pool or sauna.
The restaurant was a bit overpriced for the quality and quantity of food received (dinner).

Reception staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself, rooms facilities setting is great. Breakfast was splendid. Swimming pool a real plus.
