Frühstück war super. Obstsalat nicht aus der Dose, alles frisch geschnitten. Eier heiß und Brot ganz frisch.
Zum Zentrum nur wenige Minuten Fußweg.
Wer keine zu großen Ansprüche stellt, ist hier genau richtig.
Keine Parkplätze am Hotel. Parken nur in Nebenstraße gegen Gebühr möglich. 6€ für Tagesticket.

Die Lage des Fürstenhof ist nahezu perfekt. Die Altstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, sowie Cafe, Restaurant und Parks alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Selbst in der Weihnachtszeit gab es in der Nebenstraße einen bezahlbaren Parkplatz an der Straße. Zum einchecken gibt es 30 Minuten vor dem Hotel Parkplätze kostenlos. Frühstück (Buffet) war sehr abwechslungsreich, mit frischem Obstsalat und sehr nett dekorierten Tischen für das 1. Adventswochenende. Das Zimmer/Bad war sauber. Die Lage zum Park war angenehm ruhig. Die Anfahrt mit dem Bus vom Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert. Das super freundliche Personal, gibt tolle Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten mit Stadtplan etc.
Nachdem es ein herrschaftliches älteres Haus ist gab es leider keinen Aufzug. Daher ist es für Menschen mit Behinderungen nicht geeignet. Auch sind hohe Stufen bzw. Absätze (gekennzeichnet) auf die man achten sollte.

Excellent Location next to a park, enough Parking slots, and very friendly Staff. The Breakfast was nice and the kids got some Eastern chocolates.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was in a nice location at the front of the hotel, and beautifully decorated. The beds were very good, also the breakfast.

I was travelling with my son by walking. With Thule trolley. Hotel found storage for our trolley. We didn't have any problem with later check - in and later check - out. My son check - out ealier ( before 11 AM ) but hotel accept kept our trolley to 4 PM.
There was normal but very tasty breakfast and VERY nice staff :)

The place is great. Everything was perfect: the room- the view-breakfast-service-location.
I didn't find anything that I didn't like.

The reception was great, bed was good, breakfast excellent, walking distance to downtown. bath was clean.
No elevator, loudness in the morning from the street starting at 5:00 AM. No airconditioning with 34oC. You have to pay for parking and cannot sit somewhere outside.

The location was in a lovely area, with a park across the road, but within easy walking distance of most things.
We were nonplussed to find, when we checked in, that the hotel had no record of our booking! They did, however, allocate a room to us (fortunately they were not full).
This may have proved to our benefit as we were given a very quiet room at the top of the building.

Breakfast was fine; pretty much all cold breads, jams, cheeses, etc. They have a night check in system which allowed us to arrive late. The beds were very soft and the room was very clean.
The room was very nice, but it was up several flights of stairs with no elevator available. We came in late, but carrying my suitcase up several sets of stairs was a struggle.

- Breakfast was perfect for us. The selection was not too big, but everything we needed was there. Great fruit salat!
- The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful
- The location was very good (view on Fürstengruft, close to Ilmpark and Liszt residence (3 min walk) and city centre (5 min. walk to Goethes residence)
The rooms are a little bit bright. You can hear people walking around above you. For someone like me who is a very light sleeper, I definitely recommend bringing earplugs.

The room is relatively spacious. The bed is wide and comfortable. Breakfast service was very friendly and fast. The location is comfortable to be reached by car.
To reach the hotel one needs to cross the street. I stayed only on night, but haven't worked out where the pedestrian crossing is. Not safe especially with a luggage.
My room was on the second floor and both when I arrived and when I was leaving the cleaning service organized in the corridor a small armagedon with the dirty sheets on the chairs, rubbish bag hanging from the handle of a cupboard... Really surprising especially right after you saw the nice reception and climbed reallz nice stairs.

Nice hotel in a good location
Located on a very busy road (doesnt look like it but it is). Room is sweltering with the windows closed but too loud with them open. Made for a bad night's sleep.
