We had booked because there was a restaurant in the house. The restaurant is closed until further notice.

no luggage lift working, beds was not bad but could have been better

The staff was very nice, the place cozy and my balcony very nice. They also offer a buffet for breakfast.
It is exceptional value for money :)
It is by the road and sometimes you can hear the cars.

Room had a balcony, good ventilation, and reasonable size.
We were placed at the front of the building facing a noisy road and noisy restaurant, with loud talkers/ smokers below our window. But it was much worse than that. People shouted, drank, and caroused until 3 a.m. We could not sleep or rest at all, and we did not want to confront 20-30 drunken people. The restaurant theoretically closed at 8, but they obviously continued plying the rowdies with drink all night.
Also wifi was non existent (signal too weak or not at all). Breakfast was just normal for Germany.

unfortunately a friend of ours had corona and we were not able to get the money back for her bed. Nobody can currently judge corona and I think it’s a shame the Gasthof wasn’t prepared to pay us the money back

Backside of the building there are beautiful green grass.
You can choose the breakfast but is limited,
Location is on a highway. So if your room is for that street side, it could be noise.

Big room, clean, sofa, good view, hairdrier available at request, good covid measures, good restaudant inhouse (closes at 19:00)
Although convenient for travel next to the road and double glazing, one can still hear the road and morning travel. Ear plugs recommended for light sleepers.

The room on the back was lovely, there’s a very small river that makes a lovely sound. The view is gorgeous. The parking is large and can fit cars, bikes, motorcycles.
We got a message and good handling of late check-in.
There was no information in English in the room, so we didn’t knew when breakfast or check out were. We woke up just a bit late and we could barely find a coffee. We arrived late and were to tired to ask when breakfast is (so partially our fault).
The towels were really old, the soap kind of missing and the shower had a bit dirty walls. The room has no hairdryer, you can ask for one.
