Excellent location with great view of the castle from our room. Right on the river path and close to restaurants and cafés. We were in walking distance to St Gallery's Bath. Some of the staff and concierge staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and the bedding was comfortable. The lobby was lovely. We were lucky that our Viking ship sailed from the dock just across the path and we rolled our bags down to the ship in under 10 minutes. (We didn't use Viking travel.) Breakfast was the predictable convenient European buffet. We walked to cafes several times and enjoyed both a high end treat and one quick good hot breakfast and a fraction of the hotel buffet cost.

For a hotel in city that's an international destination, they would not accommodate our early check-in. This was the worst experience we've had traveling. After arriving on an overnight flight with no sleep and mild food poisoning, they could not check us in early. We always are willing to pay extra for a day-one shower and sleep, but there was no budging. They wanted us to spend $$ at their bar to wait and the Hugo was horrible. Other guests were lying about the lobby with suitcases waiting for 3:00. And, while many of the desk interactions were kind, helpful, and engaging, we had several encounters that were truly bad. One concierge was irritated that he had to stop visiting with his friend to talk to me, and even then refused to recommend a restaurant in my desired location. There are no plug-ins on the nightstands. A minor comment for some, we were able to hear the music from the river bar across the street. It wasn't too loud and our friends in a room further down the hall didn't hear it.

Great location river side and kindly all stuffs. Wonderful hospitality and had brilliant time there. I want to stay again someday.

Labai malonus ir paslaugus viešbučio personalas, geri gausūs pusryčiai, kambarių švara puiki. Už papildomą mokestį (30Eur. para) yra galimybė automobilį palikti viešbučio požeminiame garaže. Vakare labai smagu pasėdėti viešbučio terasoje ir pasigrožėti puikiu naktinio miesto vaizdu.

- Great breakfast buffet, variety of tasty items. - Kind and helpful staff.

Hotel: - Old-fashioned, old furniture and decor, still using outdated swiping card system for the rooms and elevators instead of contactless cards. - On my last days, many elevators went out-of-service and hence increasing the waiting time, the crowds in each elevator and the stops at several floors . Room: - Unmounted/movable mini safe, any one can carry it outside the room! also it's too small for 14" laptop. - Lack of bidet in the bathroom, either handheld sprayer or standalone, furthermore, bathroom is too small for the room size. - Worn towels, don't absorb water easily. - No night light in room as others.

The hotel itself is remarkable. Bed was comfortable. Loved that the room had a coffee machine. Closet size was nice. Liked the stocked mini-refrigator. AC worked nicely. I was able to lay my suitcases on the window sill due to the window seat, however a cushion would have been a nice addition. I enjoyed a foot massage, though it was pricey. The gym is amazing.

The staff seemed somber, barely smiled. The room size was sufficient. Given how beautiful the hotel is, I was disappointed in the room size, it was small, I have the same response for the bathroom. The counter space and size was disappointing. The breakfast buffet is way over-priced

The view of the Danube river from our room was breathtaking. The breakfast was really good and with plenty of choices. Location is ideal. The rooms are quite and spacious and with comfortable beds. Slightly outdated, but abdolutely gorgeous view and location, so I would definitely stay there again. Also, a few minutes walk from tram, bus stops, metro and airport bus station and Vaci Utca.

Aamiainen piti hyvää hotellitasoa vaikka kaikkia vaihtoehtoja ei jatkuvasti ollut tarjolla. Palvelun vakavin virhe tapahtui aamiaisen yhteydessä kun väitettiin ettei aamiainen kuulunut varaukseemme. Väärinkäsitys johtui ilmeisesti henkilökunnan heikon englanninkielen taitoon (liitettiin väärään huonenumeroon). Anteeksipyyntö henkilökunnan omasta virheestä jäi uupumaan.

Hotelli voisi mielestäni helposti saada paremman arvosanan minulta, mutta palvelu jätti osittain toivomisen varaa. Tänä päivänä on myös hämmästyttävää ettei sängyn vieressä ole pistoketta.
