We had an amazing time in this beautiful home. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pool area is perfect to lounge and watch football while wading in the pool. It was great for our toddler since it was one story and had a fenced yard. Super family friendly, quiet neighborhood. We walked to the food trucks numerous times as well as the organic coffee shop. We will definitely rent this home again!

House was clean and tidy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Lovely pool with screened enclosure. Neighborhood is good right around house and celebration park with it’s food trucks is a short walk from the house. . A little far from the beach but for our family it was fine but if you are planning to be at the beach frequently it might be a tad far. Rich was easy to communicate with which made the experience of our first VRBO vacation even better!!

What a great time!! It was so much fun and very clean. It was very nice meeting the owner, very thoughtful…left us some beautiful flowers. Loved walking down the street to the food trucks. The pool was very refreshing after a day of exploring! We will be back soon.

This location was perfect for our multi generation family vacation. The host provided a portable crib which was very helpful. It was so nice to have our own pool area allowing us to relax outside during the day and in the evening when the baby was sleeping. We enjoyed a few of the extras the host provided including beach chairs, bikes and games. An added plus was the food truck area at the end of the road that included music and a bar all within easy walking distance. We enjoyed this quiet neighborhood and it’s close proximity to the beach and downtown Naples. Rich was a great host and was quick to answer any questions . We hope to stay at this location again.

We have rented Casa Chill four years in a row and it gets better each year. Rich communicates well and is always available. Everything at the house and pool works. Three great restaurants, the Key grocery store (with a great deli counter), the liquor store and the CVS are all within a five-minute drive. Celebration Park with eight great food trucks and an active open-air bar on the canal is a five minute walk. All of this is great, but the real star is Casa Chill itself. I miss the pool.

A quick family getaway to Naples. Property was clean and well maintained. Rich was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed.

Rich's communication and check-in processes are easy and friendly. The house is sparkling clean, charming, comfortable and well-equipped, and the pool and lanai are wonderful. The location is great - Celebration Park is a quick walk down the street. I definitely look forward to returning again!

Loved the property- well maintained, spotless, cool cottage decor. Pool area was wonderful- no bugs, really quiet, swimming was great. Neighborhood very cool, with location really convenient to Botanical Gardens and downtown. Our stay was seamless, only disappointment was we lost a day staying there because our flight was cancelled in Minnesota leaving for Florida.

This was our third time at this property. All the good and fun restaurants you could want are as close as walking distance and no farther than 3 miles. Pickleball mecca is 2 miles away. The pool is wonderful. It’s a spectacular vacation spot.

We love this house. Rich is easy to work with. The pool is beautiful. Due to “stay at home” we were unable to enjoy Celebration Park and the pickleball courts as we would have. However, if one must hunker down, Casa Chill is the place to do it.

We had a great return visit to this property. The location is perfect for our needs, close to Pickleball, the beach, farmers markets, restaurants, classes at the Botanical Garden and community center. The house is spotless when we arrived and Rich attentive to our questions and help. We feel very comfortable walking the neighborhood with the dog at any time. I recommend this property.

Great pool. Enjoyed many meals cooked on the grill and ate outside poolside. Loved the easy walk to celebration park and easy drive to tin city.

Casa Chill is a wonderful place to stay. The house is clean and bright. The pool was a fun touch & the whole outside patio is also clean and well-maintained. We would stay here again!

It's hard for a landlord to make everything right all the time and unfortunately we got hit with a couple of negative events. Rich forgot to have his cleaning crew clean come out so we checked in and it was filthy. Half empty food containers filled the kitchen and my wife says the hall toilet was the grossest she's seen. Rich was nice enough to let us go into the house at 3:00 and he got the cleaning crew to come out by 4:00, but we had to sit outside until about 6:30 to get into our bedroom and bath. Needless to say this messed up our plans for the evening. We might have gone in the pool but it was covered with some weird unknown substance. I tried to skim it but it was too small to skim. After a couple days Rich found the culprit - a palm tree was dropping large pollen through the screen into the pool. After 2.5 days it subsided and the pool filter was able to strain it out. We mostly enjoyed the pool after that but unfortunately the two story house next door is being renovated and the workers there talked to us from the second story deck every time we went outside. We're friendly people but prefer privacy in our own pool. Tall shrubs would help. It's very nice that the house itself is full of new cabinets, tile, appliances and kitchen gadgets but we were surprised by the main living area being so dark - the dining room has no door or window so it's a big dark space in the middle of everything. I think adding a door would be a significant improvement and increase the resale value of the home. It's also weird that you have to get to the pool by going through the master bedroom or out the front door. A door in the dining room would solve that problem. Also beware of the sharp corners on the footboard of the master bed. Our legs are very bruised from hitting it. The couch is comfortable but there is no cable TV that I could find - everything is accessed through a firestick so you need to be a little techy to figure out TV. There are no written instructions for anything in the house. I'm used to VRBO rentals having a folder of instructions and tips for everything. Maybe there was one here and someone put it away somewhere. The neighborhood is "rustic" but I imagine Centennial Park will help speed gentrification. I was surprised that Rich lives upstairs. I see now that other reviews mention it so my bad. I'm sure this is a great property for most people. We just had a series of unfortunate events that made for a less than ideal experience.

Casa chill was everything that is shown. The outside area was so relaxing. Celebration Park is right at the top of the street and we had a blast there, looking forward to staying again

Casa Chill looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and had kitchen well stocked with condiments, paper towels, coffee, etc. The house is 2 miles from East Naples Park and 50, yes you read correctly, 50 outdoor dedicated Pickleball courts. It was a perfect place to stay for the US Open Pickleball Championship. It is also 800 feet from Naples Celebration , an outdoor bar surrounded by 8 rotating food trucks; nice to walk home after dinner and drinks! Would definitely stay again; Rich was helpful and couldn’t have been nicer!

My wife and I and our little dog had a wonderful, relaxing time at Casa Chill. The kitchen, and house generally is well equipped. We found nothing lacking. The pool area is wonderful. We and our guests spent many hours enjoying the pool, the tiki bar, the big TV. Everything we needed is close by and we enjoyed walking to Celebration Park for lunch, dinner or a cocktail. We look forward to our visit next year. Thank you, Rich.

This was the perfect house for us. Everything was sparkling clean, fresh and bright. All amenities are thought of, beach and pool toys as well. It’s location is great, close to 5th Ave and downtown. We loved the nearby parks, East Naples community park, home of the Pickleball Championship is less than 2 miles away. Within walking distance are 3 restaurants that we enjoyed. The nearby Celebration Park with music, food trucks and games is an enjoyable spot for lunch or dinner or drinks on the water. We plan to return.

We had a wonderful experience and will be back. Super close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house was super clean and stocked with everything you may need.

We had a great stay at this home. The property was great, the pool and Lanai were our favorite features, and the screen kept the bugs and lizards out. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were taken care of quickly. While Rich lives upstairs, he was a great host and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. Would recommend this house to anyone!

My family had a great stay. Very quiet neighborhood with a screened in pool for mosquito free relaxing. House feels new with excellent amenities. Everything needed was provided from the kitchen, to Wi-Fi and a big screen TV; indoors and out. We loved having our coffee and breakfast by the pool in the morning. Casa Chill lives up to it's name! If I had any regrets it was only staying one week! Thank you Rich.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Chill! The house was clean, charming and even better than what we visualized from the pictures. We have a family of 5 and the house fit our needs perfectly. Our children loved the privacy of the pool. We started every day with a soak in the pool and then drove just a few minutes to the beach. The house is in a great and quiet location. We also took advantage of the awesome backyard patio by grilling out. The kitchen is large and spacious and was equipped with everything we needed to make our meals. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful vacation home. Rich was a great host and shared lots of useful information that added to the overall enjoyment of our vacation. We will return to Casa Chill the next time we vacation to Naples.

Casa Chill was amazing! The property was beautiful! The house is open, colorful and full of sunlight! It's very close to several beaches and many dining choices! You could not ask for more in your outdoor living space as well! Enclosed heated pool with lighting, tiki bar, lounge chairs, and even a fire pit in the back! The owner, Rich is friendly and makes your stay even more enjoyable!! We loved the area so much that we inquired to Rich about relocating. Luck has it that we learned Rich is not only an awesome host but a reliable real estate agent. He listened attentively to what we are looking for and took us to several properties that were not only perfect for our family but also within our budget. Great to have found a vacation spot that dreams are made of and to also have made an amazing friend as well!! I highly recommend renting Casa Chill!!
