Staff were incredibly accommodating and pleasant. Food was fresh and very nice.

It a little bit basic. The bathroom only had a shower and it was not very pleasing to the eye.

Dated and tired airport hotel. Friendly staff but really needs updated unlike it’s sister hotel Capitol in Toulouse. Close to Subway , McDonalds and a Taco place. About 15 min walk from airport . Breakfast starts at 4:30am

No tea / coffee making facilities in room. Available at reception but no milk / creamers and had to ask staff who seemed surprised by request. Rooms are very dated and hotel could do with complete refurbishment. Mattress needs replaced very lumpy. The hotel is nothing like its sister hotel on Capitol Square Toulouse which is a more superior hotel. No transport despite being on the airport from hotel to airport which is a 15 min walk. Fine if you are fit and healthy not so if you are not.

Someone on reception on arrival despite arriving late and very helpful staff. Close proximity to airport and able to walk. Clean and functional rooms.

Breakfast was great, loads of choice.

It took three rooms to find us a clean one. They sent us to two that had not been cleaned or made up. There was a view of a dead pigeon and a toilet seat outside the window. No tea making in the rooms. No rubbish bin in the room. Snot on the wall of one of the bunk beds.

Staff are super respectful, kind and helpful! Rooms are well decorated and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is very good and is served from 4:30 to 11AM. Free coffee to serve during your staying! Flexible check-in time. The location is perfect, since close to the airport.

I found the room temperature not very convenient and the rooms are humid.
