Un hôtel situé en front de mer offrant une vue super sur les terrasses de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était top et diversifié. C’est un lieu typique que je recommande ! Le personnel est très agréable 😉

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer. Das Frühstück, welches aus regionalen Produkten besteht und in einem wunderschönen Innenhof serviert wird, war ganz toll. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist das Parken des Autos , was vom Hotel organisiert wird.

Location and breakfast was good.

The front office staff. On checking in, my room had a loud and persistent beep, which I reported shortly after checkin. The noise could be heard from the hallway outside and from other bedrooms. The receptionist dismissed me and told me it would eventually stop. 3 hours later it had not stopped and he came up to have a look (after having dismissed me several times over the last 3 hours. He then shrugged his shoulders and said he would call an engineer the next day. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused. I asked to move rooms for the night and he refused. I asked if he could find me alternative accommodation and told me he would not refund the full cost of our stay if we chose to move to another hotel. He shouted at me and asked me to leave the hotel. After he settled down, I asked if the manager could come with engineer the next day as she was busy at that moment. He then told me she would be with me in ten minutes. Ten minutes later, the manager did arrive and was very pleasant and reasonable. She understood that the sound was too loud for my family to sleep in that room and moved us to another room in the hotel for the evening and arranged for the engineer to come out that evening. She also bought dinner for my family that evening. The resolution was very reasonable, but it only happened after 4 hours of arguing with the receptionist who was completely unhelpful. Being shouted at and arguing with him for 4 hours completely ruined our start to the stay and we ended up changing our flights and going home early as a result.

The staff was wonderful, especially the woman who helped us with breakfast. But also the staff at the front desk was very pleasant. The views from the roofs were awesome. We enjoyed going up there often, both top and 2nd Floor views. We appreciated that the rooms were cleaned Daily. The Location in the old part of the town is beautiful.

The Sky Bar was a total disappointment. You only had one person working the Bar and my husband was waiting for 20 min. it was just opened so I'm sure it will improve.

The property is in an old historical building and looks like a museum inside. Very cosy with panoramic views.

I love the area, excellent location, very nice and friendly staff, the best view ever! I love the upper terrace, the rooftop bar, the bistrot. Very nice restaurants around. The hotel is a historical bijoux. I love it!

Everything was perfect!

elegant mix of historic and modern. great use of space - indoors and outside - sun terrace, lots of small tables dotted around on balconies. lovely staff.

internet isn’t great - a consequence of the thick stone walls.

Gorgeous hotel and amazing breakfast!

The ambience of the building being an old monastery but tastefully and respectfully updated. The breakfast was very good. Close to the little town and seafront. Close proximity to good restauranrs. Close to Bari airport for our return home to England but far enough away for it to be a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

We only had one night and it was not enough time to fully appreciate the hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We had the family apartment for us and our 2 kids, it couldn’t have been more perfect and the city is wonderful. Lots of top places to eat, masses to do and see and just a very happy place to be
