Die Zimmer sind rustikal, passend zum Gesamteindruck des Hotels, aber haben sehr viel Charme. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Altstadt und Museum sind fußläufig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überragend und das Personal aufmerksam.

Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Das Hotel strahlt einen Glanz traditioneller Kultur aus, wobei das Inventar etwas Patina angelegt hat. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ließ gleichwohl keine Wünsche und Bedürfnisse unerfüllt.

Very central and within walking distance of the Guggenheim and old town. Spacious room and breakfast was good. Cute little bar for evening drink
Staff weren't very helpful at check in. We had driven and parking was difficult and must be reserved. Only stayed one night so little to add.

The location is in the city centre,2 minutes from the bus station. The staff in the reception is very polite and helpful .The room is large enough ,the bathroom is big and very clean,they have all needed amenities. The hotel is a little old but it is full of charm. Everywhere there is an attitude of old-fashioned high society. We will definitely come back!

Un très bel hôtel, une bâtisse magnifique, un personnel au petit soin, très professionnel, et bon emplacement.
Un petit déjeuner à la hauteur de l l’hotel 5 *, un vaste choix de pâtisseries fruit etc. Vraiment top.
Parking sous l’hotel, petit mais pratique.
Notre chambre très mal insonorisée, beaucoup de bruit de douche et Wc canalisations des voisins. Mais le pire fut d’être obligé d’appeler l’accueil pour faire cesser les bruits de la chambre voisine aà23:30, des voisins trop festifs jusqu’à 2:00 du matin. Pas d’excuse de l’ hotel, passée sous silence. Heureusement la seconde nuit fut normale ( sauf les canalisations et bruit d’écoulement ). Pas d effort de langue, heureusement quelques notions d espagnol.

The location
At 8 am there was a construction of the room just above us. Unbelievable that they have given us the room just below the reforms. The 3 days we woke up with the noise of hammers on the floor. Annoying

the staff was superb. the hotel conjure up memories of the 20th Century age of grand hotels.
Our room was dated and could use a renovation. The walls are a bit thin — we could hear the couple in the next room arguing for about 15-20 minutes.
