Swimming pools
The food was really, really bad.
The rooms were not clean.
Not much shows.
Kids' indoor play area was smelly.
The gym area is just okay.

Clean and tidy
Food wasn’t the best and very limited for all inclusive, the entertainment staff only spoke in Spanish all the time and made you feel awkward having to ask them to speak in English, the games during the day again they seemed to favour the Spanish and not bother with English speaking people. No music at the pool, Pool doesn’t open til 10 we thought that was a bit late

Staff were awesome, Rooms were clean and airy with a huge terrace . Location for us was perfect
The food isn't great , also we booked 3 twin rooms and one room we said we had two kids and an adult and when I arrived at the reception they told us we hadn't booked for the extra person. Eventually they allowed it as the room had a sofa bed but we panicked and was happy they allowed the booking

The hotel was ideally situated, a short walk to the Benidorm Palace. The hotel also had a car park for €12 per night.
