It was a flexible check in and an easy one, it was clean.

We have not seen a membre of the staff during the stay, for two night, two person we only had one towel each and one washcloth each for two day of work. Also, when we arrived the room was super cold. The thermostat was off.

the bathtub had a stain that we cleaned easily - not sure why it wasn’t cleaned.

Excellent location. Bed very comfy! I love heat but if you don’t then you would need air containing in the room which I didn’t have.

Lights didn’t work the first night. Would have been good for the staff to check simple things like this before a guest arrives.

The staff is friendly. All facilities are clean and well-maintained. The bathroom is nice and clean. No problems with finding a parking spot. Location, location, location! Big kitchen available with all necessary appliances and utensils.

Would be nice to have breakfast included for the price we've paid. We've stayed two nights, but they did not provide coffee cartridges for the second morning. Garbage bags were not changed during the day.

Not much

The room was super hot at night. There was no AC. The bathroom is outside of the room and has to be shared with other people.

I didn’t eat breakfast but was very happy there was a kitchen cause I need my tea! There was no air conditioning but I was fine with the window open and when the lights didn’t work, it was quickly resolved by staff. The bed was so comfy!

Could remove those emergency buttons in the rooms. It felt like an old folks home with them. And the room mirror was too high for short people

The only good thing about this place is the location.

The room was very small and dirty. No A/C meant I had to turn the ceiling fans on, but they were covered in dust which resulted in a mess. The showers were nasty with barely any hot water. The beds were the cheapest double beds I had ever seen. The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. It is VERY expensive for what it is: A very small room that fits a double bed and a small wooden desk the size of a sheet of paper with shared bathrooms and no A/C. The walls are paper thin. You can hear literally everything that's going on next room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even to my worst ennemies. It is garbage.

actually, it's a motel not a hotel. the facilities are very poor. No receptionist when I checked in.

Located across of the beach and a nice walking path. Friendly staff and even friendly guests. There are good restaurants close enough. I had an easy access to my room from the parking and i liked that.

Linen was clean

It is actually motel, not hotel. Very basic, no AC, no coffee machine/maker in the room, It was very hot and no air flow. There were problems with a lock on my door

The room was quite dirty and the walls are so thin you can hear all neighbors movements. The title of the facility is hotel and residences but it is merely a motel.

The room is spacious.

The toilet paper roll in the bathroom was used and almost done. It is not nice to leave it as such for new customers.

Great location, easy parking just outside the room. We were a few steps from the ocean and very close to places to eat. Also I found convenient a small frige and the coffe maker on the room.

Bathroom still needs some updateting, for example, the fan made terrible noise and bathroom door was not closing properly. But of course was not something that really bothered us

Clean room and near many facilities within walking distance. Room integrated with private bathroom and toilet.

Thinliness of wall. Could hear neighbours using their bathroom and flushing of toilet

Clean. Quiet away from the 132. Could bring my bike in the room

Nothing negative to report.

It was our honeymoon. The staff offered us a bottle of champagne ! Very friendly and lovely place!
