Location close to Pumlico Tube has a great vibe of a small residential area with small shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurant.

staff was incredible! Guy in front guest greeted us with a smile and had tons of recommendations for places to go and eat. Rooms get cleaned daily and ac always a bonus in europe! thankyou for the confortable stay. definitely will go back if back in london

Bathroom was not clean, someone had used it, not flushed, tried to sell my room because i was 40 minutes late, i responded on email when notified saying i will be there, but they had not looked and was selling the room already ( 40mins), then they tried to take my card details after paying, just in case because of new policy ( someone had trashed a room) they were trying to take all my card credentials, write them down which is breach of card scheme rules . Said no because it would have been skimmed and i'd have got fraud at somepoint. Not staying here again, have stayed many time before

The location was great, the staff super friendly and helpful. We stayed only for one night before flying home and the accomodation was perfect for that.

The room was great and served the purpose, the bathroom was a little basic but for a short stay not a big deal.

There was no breakfast , but the Staff directed us to a great place nearby called Pimlco Fresh. The room was clean the beds comfortable. Bathroom very clean. The location was in the right area for where we needed to be.

The single room was a shoe box . High window no air , shower door so cramped it was difficult to access, toilet so close to door it was impossible to sit in the loo …. Bed comfy .

I liked the room itself, it's very clean and spacious and has a modern feel to it. There is a kettle with coffee and tea and towels and sheets are fresh and clean. The reception area is nice and staff was very friendly. We were at the top floor and is was quite too.

The toilet was placed so close to the wall in front that anyone with any longer legs would have to have sat sideways. I knew I had chosen the cheapest room in the hotel because you told me so- not an ideal thing to say.

The location was great, i needed to be in pimlico and it was a lovely area.

it was like a youth hostel inside, my single room was the size of the bed only and was freezing it was colder inside than out. The bedding was thin and honestly £300 a night was a joke it felt like a £30 a night youth hostel. I slept in all my clothes and left early after a stand up wash at the sink as the shower looked awful. seriously i stay in london allot and never write reviews, but this was without doubt my worst hotel ever.

Stay was 3 days qnd staff were personable

No maid for 3 days so one cup of tea , no facilities at all , no breakfast , holes in the threadbare towel.

lift was not working , i have to take 2 suitcases of 20 kg each to 3rd floor . iam a spondylitis patient .
