The breakfast was very good and international. The room was spaceous and we had a lovely view over Nijmegen.

We stayed in Suite 01 XXL. Very spacious with bathtub, rain shower and large balcony with a view. Also great breakfast and location!

The breakfast selection is quite varied and the service is very friendly and you can feel that they want their customers to feel at ease.

The rooms were generally well organised, but a little dusty.A bit noisy as it is located just off the road

We were in a studio room at the top of the building. While it was ok for us I don’t believe it was clear when booking how many stairs there was to the room.

Entrence is small and reception in otter location. WiFi is bad. In the shower no separate space for shampoo etc.

The best answer I can give is to say - when I visit Nijmegen and will stay at Manna. There are many reasons for this - but the top reason is the staff. They are friendly, supportive, and helpful in all of my requests.

Since I am a US traveler, some of the facilities need some instruction to be introduced to the guest. When I asked for help, the staff was there to help me in any way they could. Lovely people!

1. Pillows on the bed rather rigid, I woke up every morning with a stiff neck 2. The split between the hotel proper in one spot (Oranjesingel 2) and the reception & breakfast area (Oranjesingel 14) is slightly awkward (What if it rains?) 3. Advance information on parking possibilities near the hotel would have been useful (perhaps it was there but I didn't see it) 4. Rooms on 4th floor and no lift meant we had to carry our luggage up 62 steps (I counted them), but no help ( in a 4-star hotel??)

Very very impressed by the staff at this hotel. We all know this is a challenging time for staff but despite the extra work they have to make rooms safe which indeed they are. Their professional, welcoming attitude makes your stay amazing and really pleasant which is so needed now. Looking forward to going back to this excellent hotel which is perfectly located and suited for all types of guests. Food is also excellent.
