The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even let us checking before time and no extra charge.

Location is great,

We had to leave after first night, no air con in room, bugs, lights didnt work in room and room smelled. Wifi kept dropping, They would not refund us even though the room is not fit for purpose. Still, booking.com got their commission I suppose.

Close to centre, at the foot of the Pyrenees, private toilet and shower. You get your bed linen changed almost everyday. A lot of space in the garderobe to hang your clothes.

The windows don’t isolate sounds at all, and it was horribly noisy all the time, because my bedroom windows was on the street side. The shower holder was broken, so it was impossible to hang the shower. The TV didn’t work, the WiFi was very slow. There were no sockets near the bed, they were only above the table.

it’s a very basic, old and derelict place.

everything! staff were so polite and so helpful, they filled up my flask with hot water whenever I asked (to make up baby’s bottles during the night). they made sure I got a river view room so the room would be cooler for us. very friendly, helpful and so welcoming. very good location too, only a 25 minute walk from Andorra la Vella main bus station, and main attractions and shops literally on the doorstep. have already recommended to my friends who are coming to andorra next week!

so noisy, the windows aren’t sound canceling at all, I was waken at night every time a motorcycle passes by.

Location, close to the center and they have a nice terrace.

The noise from the street and the hallway was just horrible. I was hoping to come here to relax, but had to deal with the same big city noise as u can experience in the center of Barcelona... This hotel is very 1990 and would need some serious renovation. Cold tiles and heating not working, I was very cold at night and in the mornings. Also, no TV remote in the room and very dirty. Sooo many different hair and none of them were mine. :') I wouldn't stay here again.

Amazing location of the hotel, a lot of restaurants and groceries nearby. As well as trails to hike. Staff were friendly and helpful both with check in and check out. Comfy bed, decent room space, really good views too.

The hallways smelled a bit like cigarretes, and sometimes ciagarrete smoke came into the room if the window was open. However this is not the staffs fault.

Very good hotel for good price! I will come back soon.
