Clean quite and relax

Our unit was very clean and has a great location. We were about 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Dells and that was perfect for our family.
Great communication from the managers.
We were across the street from the pool so that was convenient too.

2 Bedroom Condo was exactly as advertised. The room was clean and stocked as described. Entry instructions worked as outlined. Lots to do within a short driving distance. Will stay here again for sure

We really enjoyed our stay. We went with another couple to do some hiking and enjoy a weekend away. The locations was perfect for us, and the condo was great. Exactly what we needed.

This was a great property for us. The living room and fireplace are very comfortable and relaxing, kitchen was well equipped. We did not take advantage of the pool during our stay, but it looked really nice. The condo, fitness room and pool area were all very clean. We would definitely stay again and maybe bring the husbands and children next time.

Came up for a mom/kid ski weekend at Cascade with two families. With moms in one room and kids in the other we had plenty of room for 4 teens to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed the gas fireplace after a day skiing.

The property was great for our family stay. Location was close to everything. The unit was very clean.

The space was clean and comfortable. The rental agent communicated information needed for our stay. The price seemed high for the amenities available. The rental could use more lighting and tables in the living area. Furnishings were stark, but beds were comfortable. It served our purpose. It is in a great location if you wish to visit Devil's Lake and Mirror Lake State Parks.

In the Dells for a wedding and this was in a great location from the venue. Check-in was great and getting to the condo was easy. A little disappointed in the cleanliness of the place with all the ceiling fans covered in dirt so did not even try to turn them on. The dishwasher was still full of dishes from the people before us. Stayed for two nights and was awakened at 3:00 both nights by loud music and thumping coming from the condo below us. Could have used an extra chair or recliner in the living area. The place has great possibilities but overall was a little underwhelming. Would really like to stay here again with a little more care put into the place.

Wonderful stay. Close to the wedding we were attending. The check in process was so easy. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is that there was very little sound barrier between mine and the one next to mine. Otherwise it was great!

Close, convenient, clean
This is a great place! Lots of room, close to Walmart and Downtown Dells. The pool was great. Two small issues. The hallway smelled like someone just made canned corned beef hash. (The dogfood kind). The second bedroom didn't have a dresser, which would have been handy.
This is my second time renting here, and both times were fantastic.

Relaxing, quiet resort for the whole family & friends
A very clean condo ,relaxing & affordable when our family stayed during spring break. Equipped with kitchenware & cooking tools, wide & comfy bedrooms & living room, well supplied bathrooms, these 2 new looking condo buildings for rental is the place to be. Peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle of downtown Wisdells but convenient to everywhere( Sports bar& grill in site,indoor & outdoor pool , downtown, shopping at the Outlet mall, groceries, nature trail in the property, restaurants, etc.). We did groceries
from the Walmart nearby & cooked most of our meals in the condo .The staff is very helpful & pleasant. Definitely, we will be back to this hidden Gem!

Quiet location with all amenities we needed
Ladies getaway. Plenty of wine glasses, a warm fireplace and kitchen stocked with all we needed. Two full bathrooms for 4 people was perfect. Very clean and just a short drive to activities.

Great place, just like the ad said. Couple things to note: bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) what they provide is a joke. We only had 3 people which was perfect. The sound really carries and you can hear the neighbors. The sheets don’t fit the King bed, the pop off. Otherwise great.

Great Location
Stayed there to visit the sites of Wisconsin Dells. Great location because it was only a short drive to all of the area attractions but was away from the hustle and bustle. Great pool area and great restaurant. Golf course looked nice but did not get a chance to play it. Maybe next time.

Not good
Couldn’t sit on deck on second level because of smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke below. Was told there were no fireworks allowed in complex and yet these same people shot off fireworks for over an hour less than 20 feet from our window. Also the washer in the unit was full of the dirty towels from the previous people.
No sheets for sofa bed and never got any even after asking.

Perfect for our 3 generational stay. Pools and playground were ideal for a 4 year old and older members present. Close proximity to Walmart for groceries and town for unique shops. We would come back.

Constructive criticism
While our stay was superb, there were a few things to note for potential improvement. First was cooling issues in bedrooms as they were warm at night even when we had thermostat set at 71 degrees. This is hard to figure a solution since the area in the condo is small. Another minor issue was the road noise from I-90. The only way for this to be reduced is to have sound barrier walls built so I doubt this can be resolved. Last issue was the fire pit. It wasn’t clear if we got firewood from the front desk or if we had to buy some ourselves. As a result, we didn’t utilize this feature.

Spring brook ended up being a great family place for young kids. The rooms were nice (two bedroom condo), playground and pool were great and the location of the resort was convenient for area attractions! We will be back to utilize a cabin!!
