We have now stayed three times at this location! We love it. The space is very well-appointed. The location could not be better, especially since it was Winter Carnival in Steamboat! I would recommend it with high praise!

We came for a boys snowboard trip and were very pleased with the location and the lodging. Steve was very accessible and helpful. We greatly enjoyed our trip and would most certainly stay here again when visiting steamboat.

We had a perfect vacation in Steamboat because of the excellent location and amenities provided by Steve's home. The layout was amazing, waking up to mountain views, and walking to dinner every night. We had a car, and it was easy to park, which is rare in Steamboat, but there are free shuttles everywhere so you could stay and forgo the rental car if you wanted. We will definitely be returning to stay here!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful visit over the Christmas and New Year holiday. The townhouse is first rate and the layout really worked for our group of six. We were able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants, and the express bus to the gondola is a half-block away. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

Our group of 4 acults enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Steamboat Springs. The accommodations lived up to our highest expectations and we would definitely book there again. You can tell that this property is well cared for and very well maintained by the owner. It has everything you need - a well stocked kitchen, beautiful appointments throughout the house and spacious bathrooms. We did not spend much time at the condo, however, the space has a layout very conducive to entertaining a group of friends for drinks or dinner. Steve responded quickly to our questions. We can recommend this condo without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great. Close to downtown and right on the river. We were in town for a wedding, but built in lots of free time for other activities. It was so nice to be able to gear up for fly fishing right in the place, then walk across the street to the river. Plenty of room for entertaining. I suppose for a skiing vacation some might prefer being up on the mountain, but we like being in town.

This is the second time we stay and loved it even more than the last. The location is perfect, we walk everywhere. It was clean, spacious and so peaceful. We always go for a bike event and it just works out so perfectly. We always get immediate response to our questions. Honestly, don't think we'll stay any where else in Steamboat.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this waterside property but the first time during the summer. The condo has a large sectional for hanging out and watching tv or puzzling and the patio was especially nice in the cool mornings. One of my favorite things about this place is the well-equipped kitchen. Clean, super convenient to the downtown shops and restaurants and the river is right across the street.

This was the perfect property for a stay in the town of Steamboat. It's right in town so you can walk everywhere! The deck faces the river and is a nice spot to relax. The property owner was easy to work with and offered a lot of helpful tips and recommendations.

We loved this condo. It’s impeccable inside and out. The condo is exceptionally clean. Water pressure excellent and the garage roomy. This is the perfect location—the Yampa River is just outside the deck. Restaurants and shopping just steps away. The owner is very communicative. We had a great time!!

We wanted to enjoy downtown Steamboat Springs and this listing was perfect. Everything was in easy walking distance and a great view of the ski hills from the patio. The space was wonderfully quiet and clean. Overall a great experience.

We absolutely loved the Waterside Condo and will definitely be going back to stay at this condo. Everything was perfect from check in to departure. Condo full of supplies and the kitchen is stocked with all essentials! Perfect location to downtown Steamboat. Can't wait for our next visit!!!

Location in downtown Steamboat near great shops and restaurants was awesome. Super nice place. Steve was a great communicator and accessible when we had questions.

The location of this property is ideal in that it is within walking distance to most of the good downtown restaurants even in the continuous snow and right at the end of the red line and Xpress shuttles to the mountain (less than 1 block walk). We had an amazing time. Two small issues were addressed with the owner, who was very responsive and will continue to make this even better or future guests. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I’m just going to say that this is one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. The place was amazing from top to bottom, and Steve is phenomenal. It’s clean, comfortable, and beautiful, in the perfect part of town, and with views of the Yampa. It’s close to dining, including the amazing Primrose, and other amenities and resources. We will be going back again and again!

LOCATION! We absolutely loved the spaciousness of the condo, the views, and the location that allowed for everything to be in walking distance. It was my partner's 30th birthday and we love being outdoors. The access to mountain biking, fishing, hiking, and town exploring was great. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We were comfortable and loved the vibe. Having a garage to store bikes was a plus, as well as being close to the river, bike path and nice options for lunch and dinner. Kitchen was well equipped for eating in.

This was our second stay at this property, and it continues to impress. It is fully equipped with everything we needed and spacious enough for us to really relax. Steve's communication was great, and we really enjoy the location in downtown Steamboat Springs. We'll be back!

The condo was perfect for grandparents, parents, two young children and a dog. Scenic view of Howelson and an easy walk to restaurants and the express bus to the mountain. Much easier than driving and parking and free. The unit had everything you needed for a great ski week.
