Great staff from the reception to the restaurant. Fantastic breakfast. Smartly organized and very clean room. Quiet location.

Banging the doors of the rooms starting 6 am and cleaning lady in the room while the sign don’t disturb was on. Would be great to have a kettle in the room for late evening tea.

The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but we have a nice stroll by the canal to get there which is appreciable. The hotel also has a free parking so we didn't have to bother about where to leave the car. The staff was competent and very helpful, and the breakfast is available until late (later than checkout actually - 10:30 vs 10:00).

The room felt a bit small for its price, but then that day most hotels were fully booked for unknown reasons, so it was good for its value. The hotel is however on a busy-ish street so opening the window was but the best of options to air the room. There also was no side lights on the bed (only the big room lights). Finally the toilets on the ground floor for men are squat toilets, not our thing...

The whole big apartment for all of us. (4 ppl) Safe parking with cameras.

We were staying overnight in January, it was very cold, and room wasn’t pre-heated so that’s pretty uncomfortable.

If you need a place just to sleep, it is ok. My room was clean. I wouldn't choose this hotel if I planned to stay in the room for a long time. Overall, ok. They are refurbishing the rooms, maybe they will be better.

The room was far smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The bathroom is clean, and everything is working, but it is quite small. There is no space to put beauty products around the sink (or everywhere else in the bathroom)

The localisation in the noisy Street. At night loud ambulance sirens. But for 1 night it is bearable.

Location is good. Staff very friendly and helpfully. parking in the building for a good price . breakfast good and affordable .

The room could have a bit more light. was bit dark. the extra beds were not so comfortable .

Despite we arrived late, the restaurant staff was waiting for us, just because we had indicated our need for dinner via chat sent for the reception. We are very grateful to all the staff.
