Que ce soit à la réception, au Spa et à la brasserie de la cour, le personnel étaient professionnels et avenants. La literie était très confortable.
Le soins effectué au spa à très bien était réalisée. C'était un moment de pur détente ! La brasserie de la cour a également était une belle expérience culinaire. Je suis répartie de ce week-end plus légère et détendu, merci !
La position de ma chambre était, je pense, situé au dessus de la brasserie. Le bruit résonné dans ma chambre, le soir jusqu'aux environ de 00h et le matin aux alentours de 9h30/10h. C'est le seul point négatif.

La chambre était superbe , bien décorée , avec une propreté hors pair ! Salle de bain superbe .
J'ai déjeuné avec collègues de travail à la cour , et vraiment, l'endroit est bien éclairé par une magnifique verrière en toiture et l'ambiance est très cool . Je connais cet établissement et à Chartres l'endroit vaut le déplacement .

secure parking with electric car charging (low power 3kw) but the thought counts. the staff were very helpful and friendly and the food at the brasserie was fantastic.
not much. the room could have been bigger but the bed was comfortable. a separate shower would have been better.

Location is nice, staff is professional and nice.
That the bathtub was broken, water flooded the bathroom!! We had to change the room, and the one we moved in was less charming.
Breakfast isn’t tasty , really sad!!!
And I have a feeling that everything is too old. Poorly decorated. Hotel isn’t for young people that’s for sure. Different age –different expectations!

Very nice hotel right in the centre of Chartres, a few minutes walking from the Cathedral. Comfortable rooms and beds, professional and well-trained staff. We had some cheese and wine while listening to a piano player in the bar - was a highlight of our evening. Will come again.

The staff were superb. Polite, helpful, courteous, everything.The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've slept in. Breakfast was excellent - so much was made in house. Car was valet parked. All outstanding.

Everything was super except for below
I paid for two cars to be parked in the hotel’s parking. This morning they gave one of my examiners the wrong car key and by the time she had gone back and forth from the parking and they managed to find her key, this made her late for exams at Ste Marie. Then they also gave me the wrong car key. Once can be a mistake, but twice in 30 minutes is very careless. The receptionist (not Chloé) was quite rude.

Beautiful, understated luxury hotel with huge, comfortable beds, lovely, welcoming bar and great service in central Chartres.
Nothing, apart from the steam room wasn’t functioning in the spa on the day we went.

The room was very comfortable and the stuff friendly. Excellent breakfast and beautiful hotel. We were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary there :)
