We stayed at this rental with our parents and 3 teens. The house was spacious and allowed for everyone to spread out. Words cannot describe how clean this property was! No detail was left unattended. The host was very accessible and responsive. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Beth and Barry's house. This was our 2nd time and it didn't disappoint. We remembered why we loved this house - Great location, clean and perfect size for our 3 families! We appreciated that each family had a king suite and the house was stocked with all the amenities we needed of being at home. We hope this house will be available again for next year!

After the past year/18 months, we NEEDED a vacation. Our group consisted of two families with 2 kids each, ages 6-9. This house was AH-MAZING. It was exactly as pictured & described - super clean (which was key for us especially after a bad experience in Cape Cod). Our girls shared the bunk, little guy had his own space and parents each had their own king-sized bed & bathrooms. We walked to the beach for 3 days & borrowed the wagon to help lug all our stuff. We also borrowed a few chairs & some toys too :) Other days were spent at the water park, on a kids fishing trip (shout out to Captain Mark!), ghost crab hunting (shout out to Jim Gould!), and enjoying other activities (aquarium & jet skis). This was a perfect vacation at a perfect location at a perfect house. Hosts were fantastic & easy to work with (plus the chocolate chip cookies were a HUGE hit). Thank you so much for sharing your home! Can't wait to come back!

This home had all the creature comforts you could possibly want or need. Beautiful, clean and well maintained. . We loved the pool and the covered porch. It is a pleasant walk to the beach and we appreciated the parking pass too. We would love to come back.

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach house! Beth was quick to respond to our questions. The house has everything that you need. There is a private access to the beach that includes one parking pass as well as a public access to the beach with one parking pass.

Nicely appointed home with lots of nice touches. Very clean and spacious, comfortable beds, great outdoor space. We really enjoyed having the bikes to go back and forth to the beach. Beach access had bike racks. Wonderful to meet Our host Beth who was very accommodating, gracious and friendly! Would stay again!

My family enjoyed every bit of this property so much that my children were both sad to leave! There was no stone unturned. The property owners thought of everything you might want or need and furnished it! The home is beautifully decorated, clean and well kept. They opened the pool early for us because we had kids coming which was very sweet! The owners were easy to reach and communicate with. The beach chairs, wagon, bikes and so many more amenities made this home one of the best we've ever stayed in. Thank you for helping us enjoy the end of the school year!

Our family's Spring Break getaway was absolutely incredible. Beth and Barry are excellent communicators and went above and beyond with restaurant recommendations, allowing us to arrive early, and having every possible thing we could ever need available at this immaculate home. I was a bit nervous to travel during the pandemic, but after walking into this spotless VRBO, all fears subsided. Highlights were the EASY daily walk to the beach for incredible sunrises, relaxing in the beautiful backyard, sunsets on the sound with ice cream in hand in nearby Duck, and the super comfortable beds to climb into after a full day of exploring. The huge open kitchen and living area was perfect for our big family to share meals and enjoy movie nights, and all the bedrooms were great to get some reading/online school and work, quiet time in. My husband is still boasting about being the foosball champ of the week. WE WILL BE BACK!

Great quiet location just off the beaten path but still close to everything. How is clean and very comfortable. We have stayed twice and absolutely loved it.

We had an amazing stay at the property over Thanksgiving break. Our bubble of 5 adults and 3 kids had a blast taking the short 5 minute walk to the beach several times a day and going in the clean and spacious hot tub. The kids loved the basement room with bunk beds and their own living room with a fridge they insisted on filling with their own food. Beth was such a wonderful host and so quick to respond to any questions we had. Like previous guests mentioned, she has really thought of every amenity you could possibly need. The house was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving meal. The kitchen was so well stocked and the island and large dining table gave us plenty of room for the insane amount of food we cooked. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets and blankets felt soft and lush. The back deck with Adirondack chairs was the perfect place to drink my morning coffee, read and try to escape my kids for a few brief moments. The stay couldn’t have been more perfect. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you, Beth!

This property was nothing short of AMAZING. Clean, modern, spacious, many amenities, located in wonderful area are just to name a few of the perks. The owner has great hospitality, communication, and customer service. The morning view of the deers while relaxing on the front porch was breath taking. This house is a must rent. The reviews and pictures do it no justice. My friends have already requested we book this home again next year.

This home was the most comfortable VRBOs that we have ever stayed in throughout our travels. There was not an amenity overlooked by the host. I am very big on good communication and the owner was probably the best I have ever had experienced with the communication. She was always responsive and attentive. Excellent choice for a family stay, you will not go wrong.

Beth’s house was in excellent condition, very clean and had all the items needed for a nice beach getaway, such as a beach umbrella, lots of beach chairs, a cart, bikes, charcoal grill. We really appreciated the warm welcome of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! The distance from the house to the beach was a nice short walk. The pool in the backyard was awesome and for little kids, there is a security button which rings if the door is opened. This put the parents’ minds at ease. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach under the deck. The downstairs had another fridge and sink. All in all, the house was very well thought out/planned and had everything any vacationer could ever need! Our party had an amazing time due in part to the awesome house! We have already booked for next year!

This was my family’s first vacation house rental, so I was anxious about whether the listing and previous reviews were accurate. I was so pleasantly surprised when we arrived because it exceeded my expectations in every way. The house is immaculate, spacious and clean (which is so important these days). You can immediately tell that the owners take great pride in this home, and that they want their guests to have a great experience. They truly thought about anything a guest could possibly want/need, and stocked the house with those items. The kitchen and pantry were very well appointed; my family had a great time cooking meals together on our trip. The private pool was fantastic and we spent a lot of time outside. The location is great...just a few blocks/short walk to the beach. I could go on and on about this house...everything was just THE BEST. Driving home today, my husband and I were already planning our next trip to OBX and we will definitely stay here. If you’re looking for a house rental in OBX, stop looking...this is IT.

Perfect family getaway! Beth was amazing to work with. Her home is absolutely gorgeous. Close to the beach but you have your own private oasis if you choose to stay at the house. Tastefully decorated. We can’t wait to return.
