The check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free parking is available, which is a significant advantage. The location is convenient, being not far from the city center and within easy reach of the famous Sean's Bar. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

It was a spacious room. The hotel was conveniently located near my intended attraction. The restaurant was awesome, and after I went to a local pub, I had a few drinks in the hotel pub! I had the best time talking with the bartenders. I met other hotel guests and had the best craic and conversations of my whole trip!

great nights sleep due to black out blinds and quiet location
breakfast, could have been better. lots of staff present but just standing to attention, breakfast was self service which was just ok as had been prepared for a few hours.

Staff were excellent, warm and friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was lovely. Plenty of options for breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay again.
View from my window in 203 wasn't good but I didn't spend too much time in the room.

The room was a nice size, with a great view from the window. The grounds and carpark were immaculate., .
the telephone didn't work to contact reception. The TV Remote did not work. The sink still had make up on it from previous guests and there was a half full coffee cup on the dresser

can't fault anything about the hotel if I'm honest . from the moment I walked in the doors at reception I was greeted with friendly staff .

The breakfast was lovely - all that you would need. They seemed a little understaffed however, but the girls and guys who worked there were very friendly and helpful

Beautiful hotel in lovely grounds. Just the perfect tonic for a laid back break. Very convenient for the town and the amenities.
Only gripe was one evening some guests decided to talk outside around 2am. Maybe a notice to respect others privacy and comfort might be appropriate.
