Good location, authentic Tuscany home, good point of start to explore all Tuscany famous, near Strada, good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Miranda was alone instead of missing stuff and therefor much busy.

Its an old italian property, you shouldn’t be expecting a modern hotel. The property is just lovely and about a five minute drive to the center of town Radda in Chianti.

The rooms smelled a little musty but everything else was perfect.

Breakfast was various and good. Nice location in the middle of vineyards. The host was very nice.

We had the check in at 5 pm that is already late and when we arrived the room was not ready and we had to wait until past 6 pm. There was only one lady managing this big hotel which I think is ridiculous. The rooms were clean but really old and the showers in the bathroom were warm but not hot. We had to ask other residents about breakfast because no one gave us any information at arrival.

Great location and good pool

Owner does it all on her own and is totally overwhelmed. Check in is a car crash. With people having to wait 4 hours for their room while she changed sheets. That aside she is very nice and once in all is very pleasant if a bit basic/rustic. If your prepared to weather the check in it’s very pretty nice buildings and rooms and great restaurant just at end of the drive and walking distance

Unico aspetto positivo è il panorama, anche se va cercato: dalla piscina non si percepisce quasi niente, essendo racchiusa da siepi e dalla camera, dato che ci trovavamo ad un piano semi interrato la cui unica finestra molto piccola dava sul fabbricato davanti, nemmeno a parlarne.

DON'T STAY HERE! We stayed with my wife and our 3-month-old baby fooled by the photos: although the pool area is fine the rest is a mess. The photo we’ve found on the website are not realistic: our room was 3 steps below the ground floor, there was an unpleasant mouldy smell [the walls had humidity problems] and the bathroom was just awful. On the website we had booked a 30-32 square meter room, having a stroll for our baby, but the size was barely of 12 I'm. The place is led by the lady owner and her son but they are not nearly enough of staff for the needs of the customers: there is no one to be found at the ‘reception’ and we always had to call the last on the cell phone. At one point, our bathroom was not usable since there was a strong sewerage smell that went into the room as well (the room had just a tiny window). The breakfast is absolutely ridiculous: the first morning that we arrived there was nothing left at these service desk and we learnt, on the second day, by pure accident that there were available also cold cuts and eggs but no one ever told us. Overall: very unpleasant experience. We are sorry that we spent our good money [more than 350€ for 2 nights for 2 people] and vacation time in this place.

Mother and son running the place. The young guy was really nice. His mother was really rude all the time. Maybe she was good with guests 20 years ago. They should employ professional workers to do the job. All guests was complaining about her. Breakfast was a joke. No shower in the bathroom. Only an old, really small bath.
