There was a party in the room above us, we complained to reception in the early hours of the morning and he tried to tell me it was from next door which is a vacant block of land. I could see the party above but the staff did not do anything about it.

For all the years I have been coming here the breakfast has never changed same thing all the time. none of the coffee or sugars were refilled after the first night and rubbish wasn't taken away.

Easy and central for what we had to do. Was very quiet. We had hot water problems and this was sorted immediately

Upon arrival reception was rude.

loved that the TV had streaming services like Netflix! that made the short stay much more enjoyable! The bed was also super comfortable which I loved. 24hr reception is also super helpful. staff were really pleasant :)

shower was a tad small but it was still nice. I don’t think my room had a microwave so that made meals a bit hard.

Lovely executive suite at the back of the property, away from the Nepean Highway.

Location very difficult to get into & out of (Nepean Highway).

Convenient and comfortable. An excellent licensed restaurant. Buffet breakfast included.

The location is good. There is a railway station about 5 minutes walk away which provides access to the city. There is a major shopping centre nearby and a number of restaurants.

The room was clean and comfortable however the walls between rooms do little to mitigate sound. People talking, television sound, showers running etc are clearly audible.

The staff were just wonderful, especially Harry, Jack and Shane. I was treated with respect and the staff made time to talk to me and I couldnt fault the service. Overall, it was a very rewarding experience.

Its not that I don't like the pool area, I would have loved to have a swim, but there is no protection from the sun anywhere in that area, hence the only time to swim without being bombarded by the sun is early in the morning and late evening. Maybe throughout Summer and early Autumn you could have some umbrellas out, some tables and chairs with an umbrella attached and perhaps a sail cloth or some type of protection over part of the pool during the intense sun hours. I would love that.
