The location was perfect, high in the mountains and a cute and quiet town. Our room (208) had a great view. Dinner was super delicious, highly recommended. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere with friendly staffs. The room was so clean. We used the electric charger for the car during night and it didn't cost extra. But there is only one spot so it is good if communicate with the hotel in advance, we didn't have problem with that but next time I will check with them. We had lots of fun and enjoyed our stay and definitely go back again.

We absolutely loved the scenery surrounding the hotel. The room was very clean and cosy. We enjoyed a very good breakfast in the morning too!

The service from Cecelia was excellent at reception and in the restaurant. The rooms were comfortable though a little warm. The village was pretty and the views from the drive up to the village were spectacular even if the drive was quite a challenge.
There was no balcony on the room. No tea and coffee facilities in the room.

I had a wonderful time during my short stay in the hotel. The room has everything you need, the staff is friendly and helpful, speaks English. The breakfast was delicious!!! Home made cake and croissants stole my heart and it was the best breakfast I have eaten in Italy. I totally recommend and would come back!

The breakfast was large, with a wide variety of foods. The rooms were large and clean and the beds were comfy. The hotel was situated in a small peaceful town with beautiful views of the mountains.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views were stunning and the little was so picturesque.
The room was a little small and there was no hot breakfast but brekky was good... so that's not a terrible thing. We liked the place.
Oh and there is no fridge.

Pure breakfast. Location - up to the hill, I would say mountain. So, it looked like close, but reality was different. It was not easy to drive up the mountain, especially when it's dark. Depends on your purpose. If you just need to stay for the night somewhere, alone, it is not worth it.

A very nice hotel/restaurant in the Bergamasco. Stumbled upon it on our way to Verona for an one night stay.
The food was delicious, typical of the region and restaurant staff was very polite.
Would have given a nine, hadn't it have been for an important error. The property made us pay twice and only the last minute did I notice that we had already paid when booking.
The receptionist didn't even bother to apologise.
And as a b&b owner, I suggest a welcoming smile makes all the difference.

the place of the hotel is amazing, we came to the hotel at the evening and you have to drive to the mountaint from which you can see the panoramic city view all the way up the mountain. We also had simple but really good breakfast with perfect croissants and coffee. Staff was really nice. Room was clean, bathroom had everything you need for hygiene which was really nice, the view from the windows was beautiful and in the morning you can hear church bells
The card that opens the hotel room was not working properly sometimes, We had to insert it several times for it to finally start working

Very clean hotel/restaurant in a small village (Costa Villa Imagna) in the mountains at about 1000 meters. Good breakfast, friendly staff and perfect to escape the summer heat. Rooms are generous in size and the 'bar' has a great terrace outside.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Its very clean. There is enough parking space. Wifi is good.
There are also nice ice creams in the bar right next to the hotel.
The staff provided us a late check in and Thank you for that.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly.
The water was not hot enough to take a shower. But the Next morning the water was hot.

If there's any key for the main door like other hotels then it would be great.
