Amabilitat de tot el personal. Habitació molt amplia i comfortable, fins i tot amb un sofà de massatges! Bona localització a prop dels principals atractius de Miyajima com el tori flotant. Onsen a l'hotel, una experiència genial. El sopar i l'esmorzar (pots triar entre oriental i occidental) també ens van agradar molt (et donen opcions vegetarianes amb un petit extra). Tenen un shuttle que si vols t'acosta a la terminal del ferry.

El preu no és econòmic però ho tornaríem a pagar.

La gentilezza del personale, la cena, l’onsen, la camera giapponese con tatami (il letto lo fanno loro quando sei a cena!), tutto davvero bellissimo.

Nothing, it was absolutely fantastic and worth the money

Fantastic room. Beautiful Japanese garden. The hotel has an Onken. Great location, very close to the shrine and Tori.

The hotel is in a great location which is convenient for most of the tourist spots on Miyajima. A short walk from the ferry terminal and views over the famous Tori gate. The room was comfortable, well appointed and clean with a decent bathroom. We had a large tatami area with a low table and chairs but didn't really use it but it did mean that the room was spacious. Clientele largely Japanese. 500 yen voucher for the gift shop was a nice touch. The outside hot spring bath was lovely but busy. Collection by the shuttle bus from the ferry terminal was helpful, since we arrived late, but it went through the back roads so I was a bit worried that the hotel was in the middle of nowhere - I was very relieved to find that, on foot, it was only a short walk down to the town.

Sadly we were unable to eat at any of the restaurants since they were fully booked and there was no arrangement for guests arriving late to be able to order any food. Most of the restaurants in Miyajima close early and therefore we had to rush down to the Lawson convenience store to get food. Not ideal for a four star hotel.
