the beds were clean.

it is in the same building with a cabaret show place (gentleman club). the receptionist is never downstairs and you have to call them when you wanna make your check in. Also, the toilets were not in the rooms and you have to go off your room to go to the loo.

It is in the middle of the City.. Zürich Central Station is just 10 minutes walking..

It is loudy at night that can even hear inside the room 🙃.

Too noisy. Loud guests came around midnight shouting in the corridor for what seemed a long time. The street was very noisy too

This is very unsafe area for family and women with night clubs, bars and prostitution on street

Room was fairly large, and it was quite clean. Bus stops very close to the hotel. The cleaning staff were quite friendly, and helped us even though it was out of their job scope.

Location is in the drinking/red light district, extremely un-family friendly. This wasn't reflected in the booking. Broken glass and leftover beer bottles everywhere on the roads leading to the hotel. Have to be very careful. No one at reception at all, and ringing the bell did not work. We had to wait for 30+ minutes (at 12pm) in order to leave our luggage, and we were informed this is normal for no one to be present as it was in between check out and in times. People drinking and going on at all hours of the night, shouting from outside the hotel (expected) and inside (not expected). Our external toilet door was spoiled and could not be locked at all. Was not able to change rooms.

the rooms were small, it was like a glorified hostel rather than a hotel, there were no tea coffee or breakfast offered, not worth the money you pay very disappointed

Room was neat and clean, location also good.

There was no full time staff in the desk. The lobby/front desk kept locked for most of the time. So for any assistance you need to wait or search for the staffs.

Getting access to reception during scheduled hours took 20 minutes. Bathroom was across hall. Street was noisy past midnight. Difficult to get password for internet compared to other hotels.

the appartment is small but conformtable

the zone around is a bit uggly with multiple prostitutes around and even inside the bar. The address is incorrect since you have to get into from behind the bar

blankets were nice and warm. heaters worked

If you need a place to stay near the main train station, especially for a shorter period, this might be a good choice. The room was basic, but for one night, it was good enough.

The night club sharing the entrance with the hotel was quite a surprise - it was very loud all night long, as was the neighbourhood in general and other guests. It is not for those with a lighter sleep. We did not get any WiFi. When we arrived, there was no-one at the reception and we had to rang several times before anyone showed up. The entrance is from the other side of the building than the address suggests.

Clean. Location reasonable.

Small with only one bed and difficult to wash face. The staff was not always there and sometimes inconvenient. The hotel price is changing always. Better booked much earlier. Noisy from the bar nearby at midnight.

Staff is so polite

There is no staff available all the time , with doors closed and a sign written in local language that I could not understand , I had to wait for 130 mins till some one pass by and called them . Not every body can call local phones

Close to the railwaystaion and centre.

Unexpectedly loud with voices ande music outside, car-traffic in the late evening and late at night. Even the good sound isolation was not enought. Had a bad sleep. Wifi on the room was of poor quality. Had to go outside of teh room for sufficient Wifi-contact.
