Neat, jive and clean. The food was amazing and above all the staff is superfriendly and kind.

There is no iron, no microwave and the TV is kot smart neither can be connected to my personal device to have more options than Portuguese programs.

I only spent only one night at this hotel, but I liked the large and very comfortable room, which was so very clean.

The restaurant was a bit too crowded and chaotic at breakfast time.

No AC in Bathroom Rooms weren‘t as nice as online displayed No shampoo etc to find in the room

Really nice breakfast, good location, valet parking available, comfortable rooms.

Two of the front desk staff were not on par with the nice, welcoming atmosphere all the other staff is providing to the guests.

The staff is really helpful and polite. The hotel has an excellent location.

I didn't like the smell in the room where we stayed(moldy) and in the breakfast hall. I think that there was a party in the next room, they were really loud but fortunately my kids are solid sleepers. You have to pay for the car parking separately.

Breakfast was lovely.

Room service was average. Sofa bed was awful I have to say. Extremely uncomfortable, very hard. We requested 2 blankets (one for the double bed and one for the sofa bed). They first said they would bring asap as they were coming from the laundry (10pm). After around 40 min. later we called the room service again and they said no blankets were available, so we went to bed (even a bit cold ish). Around midnight when we were already sleeping they knocked the door with the 2 blankets. The blanket for the double bed was small and could cover only one adult. The other adult (on the same bed) could not use the blanket as it was small for the size of the bed. It seems the room service does not know how big the bedroom is (and the size of the beds).. Very disappointing.
