I liked the hotel location, the kids' room was perfect, and the massage and spa were great, I also liked the workers, and the housekeeping personnel was very polite. The pool in the new building is just awesome, I would like to be back to the new part of the hotel, I loved to swim on sups in the pool. As well the dining restaurant menu was okay, but not a lot of dishes choice.

Breakfast was 3/5 as anything like avocado or fish (salmon) was available at a 5-star hotel. I'm not eating meat and my family also, so the breakfast was very poor compared to other 5-star hotels in Thailand. Also, we were put at the villa with a private pool, very near to the renovation building, so it was noisy and the workers were talking and laughing very loud so I may hear every word - and we went to tell that to Reception and we have to spend 2 extra hours instead of enjoying the vacation - moving from one villa to another, relocating things and etc. Also because of the noise my 2 years daughter at her birthday day couldn't sleep during her day nap, so she was very nervous half of the day - so our plans were ruined because she is too small so she had a bad mood because the nap was missed. The villas need a renovation, as it is too old, some of the doors are not working well, and it looks really old.

Great facility with access to the pool from the room which was one of the most pleasant experiences with the hotel. Staffs are very friendly and always helped when taxi arrived. Breakfast with great selections. Bit of a walk to the beach but there’s free shuttle service so can’t complain. Overall great value!

However staffs are very friendly and helpful, we do noticed sometime it’s more difficult to communicate with some night shift staff, might due to language barrier they seem bit impatient and less polite.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable hotel that provided an excellent experience from start to finish. Located close to the beach, this establishment truly impressed me with its outstanding features and exceptional service. One of the standout features of this hotel was the stunning pool, which happened to be the longest pool I have ever laid my eyes upon. Its impressive length provided ample space for guests to relax, swim, and soak up the sun. The pool area was well-maintained, and the water was crystal clear. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the pool, whether it was for a refreshing swim or simply lounging on the comfortable sunbeds. The hotel staff was another highlight of my stay. The personal attention and care they provided were exemplary. The staff members were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their warm and welcoming nature added a personal touch to my experience, making me feel valued and well-taken care of throughout my stay. One of the things that made this hotel truly exceptional was the complimentary golf car rides provided to guests. This convenient service made it easy to access different areas of the hotel and the nearby beach. It was a wonderful perk that enhanced the overall convenience and comfort of my stay. Visiting during the low season was a brilliant decision as the hotel was not too crowded. I had ample space and privacy to fully enjoy the facilities and relax without feeling overwhelmed by crowds. Additionally, the good price I received during this time made the experience even more enjoyable, as I felt I was getting excellent value for my money. The room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic, as it provided direct access to the pool. The convenience of being able to step out of my room and into the inviting waters of the pool was a luxury I greatly appreciated. It created a seamless indoor-outdoor experience and added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.

The location is decent near the main road with a buggy to take you back and forth, the swimming pool is good as it goes around the whole property, the bathtub on the balcony was cool, the Moon Terrace is really nice, the place was also pretty empty when we went so we had free reign over most places. There is also a place to book excursions with a rep on site.

The beach towels we were originally given were dirty, the hotel is quite far from the main road without a buggy (as it stops early), the room cleaning service missed a few items when they refreshed the room like we didn’t get coffee replaced without asking.

Polite, professional staff. Great breakfast, awesome room, comfortable bed. Pool access from room which led into the larger pool was great. Golf cart buggy available to save the walk to the main road :)

We loved the swim up pool room access. Pool bar was cool and reasonable. The rooms were lovely! Staff really helpful. We were upgraded which was fantastic!

The buggy service could of been provider for longer durations only until 6pm and it’s a walk down to the town / shops etc. The bathroom door was completely clear but there are doors to provide some privacy. You have to pay a deposit on arrival.
