Clean and spacious apartment, nice swimming pool, beautiful garden, good hotel restaurant, good location close to the sea, and most important - very kind and helpful staff.

Very basic kitchen equipment but I understand It is on purpose in order to encourage guests to use hotel restaurant ;)

The friendly attentive staff were always happy to help. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The grounds are tranquil with 2 seperate swimming pools to choose from. Great value for money, we will stay again.

The apartment was big enough to accommodate us (family with 3 kids). The pool was clean and the food (we had HB) was delicious. The boys at the reception were polite and gave us a lot of information for the resort, the beach and the sightseeing.

To be honest, we had higher expectations from the pictures and the way the hotel was presented in Booking.com. The hotel is a bit outdated, not so clean and the cleaning staff were quite inconsiderate, coming in to clean at any time without regard to whether anyone was sleeping or wanting to rest. Free Wi-Fi was only available around the pool and in the restaurant, but not in the rooms, so we had to pay an extra package for internet access, and even the paid connection was not very good. The most unpleasant thing was the way we were treated at dinner - as we were on a pre-paid half-board package, every night they reserved the best tables for those who ordered dinner separately, and people like us tried to seat them the not so nice places. For example, one night it was Turkey's national holiday and we had to argue with the staff to move us to the table under the awning where they had placed us, in the dark and next to the bar, without any decorations (the other tables had flags and balloons). while at the same time there were free tables outside by the pool which they kept for people of free consumption. The fact that we paid in advance for dinner apparently made us second class people in their opinion - or so we were made to feel.

Super value for money. The 2 bedroom apartment was super nice, old fashion perhaps, but very very spacious. Breakfast was great.

Prices in restaurant super expensive. When taking into account the restaurants around and other hotels, i found it to be quite steep.

Second time staying here, it is so well located, lovely apartments. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and will be back for sure. Excellent place to stay with excellent staff.

the staff! the property rues say quite time between 12:00 and 08:00 yet the bar music and noise of kids running around was going on until 4am every night when I complained the manager Elvis was rude shouted at me and told me to leave the property at 2am in the morning! staff busy sleeping with guests (3 young girls!) Lifeguard on his phone in the bar instead of next to the slide by the pool totally unprofessional behaviour from the staff and management

In general, our stay in the hotel was amazing - the apartments were simple, but very clean and cozy. All of the basic Kitchen appliances were there, so it was easy and nice to cook. There is lots of small shops that you could buy some basic things in, but the big supermarket is pretty far.The stuff was super friendly and helpful. It is around 10 min walk from the beach. The free spot on the beach is on the territory of a lovely bar, which has one of the best turkish coffee and granat juice i had in my life.

The wifi is free only on the territory and should be paid extra to be available in the room. Balcony doors were not closing very well- the locks have been broken. Also the windows are quiet low cut, so parents need to be extra careful with kids playing next to it. There is no elevator in the hotel, so be aware in case you have special needs person with you. We also had a bit of leaking a/c over one of the beds.

Excelent hotel! The location is great, easy access to the beach by foot and easy access to city center by public transport. Room is big ,clean and well-equipped. Balcony had a nice pool view. The breakfast was excellent, big variety of cooked meals, local cold meat and cheese platters, salads, cakes, fruits and cereals ... There was free parking place with security camera. And the hotel accepts pets.

balcony at sunset was very pleasant but loud noise some days in the afternoon from the hotel next door. The road to the beach is very messy around.

We traveled as a family and the kids liked the pool. The food choice was ok, but breakfast was the same every day. The apartments are spacious and clean but very basic. There was not even salt or any cleaning products in the kitchen. The staff was generally helpful.

The noise. Every night, our hotel or neighboring hotels had loud music until 2 am. The hotel is located close to a busy road. Also, be aware of mosquitos. The windows do not have mosquito nets. The beds were not comfortable too.

Spacious rooms, in fact an apartment, all necessary equipment in the kitchen. Two balkonies in the room. Quiet.

I like that the beach was a 10 minute walk away. I like that the pool had a slide for the kids. The staff did their best to provide a good service. I liked Elvis as he basically makes that place fun and without him it would be rubbish. The reception staff were exceptional too, polite, patient, kind and respectful The entertainment every few days was a nice change. The cleaning was great. They resolved all issues quickly as our air con broke down and they did their best to fix it. The Turkish barbecue was very nice. The set up of the 2 different pool locations is good for those of that wanted a more peaceful experience as the one with the slide is quite loud. The cleaning staff were really lovely and helpful. They were friendly and accommodating to the stray cats which were very cute They had free WiFi at the bar but it wasn't very fast. They arranged transfers. They were helpful arranging day trips for us.

The pool had faeces in it, so we couldn't use the pool with the slide for a few days as it wasn't cleaned properly. They need to limit the age of children going into it. The towels weren't changed regularly enough. The drink prices were much higher than the local bars around the hotel. Every night for dinner the food was too similar they need to diversify the options we don't need stew 4 times a week, although it did taste nice. The rooms need to be updated. The music was very loud till the early hours, but they do turn it down if you complain. The beds need mattress protectors and weren't comfortable. People put down towels really early in the morning on the loungers and didn't use them till the end of the day. This isn't anything to do with the hotel or the staff but but other guests aren't respectful at night and will be shouting and slamming doors loudly at 2 am to 4am. The bar men were lovely and friendly and fun

good slides for the kids. 2 pools. one quieter which was nice to escape to! friendly atmosphere. excellent value. highly recommend. not loads of restaurants immediately outside the hotel but regular buses just outside.

Not many choices for children at breakfast buffet, prices of food and drinks were expensive. The pictures on Booking.com looks like they were taking long time ago.The whole place needs updating. Loud music most of the day.

Large rooms and staff fantastic...Elvis went above and before all the guests an made our stay a very enjoyable experience 😀

We had amazing holiday in Melissa Gardens. It's a hidden treasure. We were frankly disappointed when we checked into the hotel. It has a small reception among the shops. But inside everything was perfect. There is a large green garden with 2 large and 2 children's pools. staff were very helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety. They made fresh omelette for us. We ordered dinner from the menu and there was food suitable for the whole family. Above all, the cocktails were truly enormous. It really makes you feel like you're on vacation. location is very good. 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. There are many shops around. The minibus to Manavgat passes right in front of the hotel.

- hotel info shows location as first line of the beach, but in reality we had to walk with kids and stroller around 20 min to the beach of the hotel, where u can get sunbed for 1 euro -no elevator in the hotel, but hotel personnel kindly changed our room to the ground floor from third - furniture is really old and beds are uncomfortable - photos of the rooms are far from the reality

no glasses for drinking juice for kids and need to have brush for keeping floors clean I know staff are fantastic at cleaning but when kids eating crumbs fall stops it from building up
