Excellent hotel, with large rooms. A massive patio in front of the room with seating and loungers. The food was delicious, and I really recommend local tapas as a starter to share. Access to a whirlpool with the view included.

The water in the pond is dirty and not really suitable for swimming.

Very friendly staff who went above and beyond for our stay. Lots of toys for the kids. They even had little bathrobes and slippers for kids. Beautiful pool and dining areas. Breakfast and dinner was amazing. Right on the lake with cute little beach bars within walking distance. Rooms were very spacious.

Rooms and hallways need an upgrade and the room was dirty. Dust and tons of dog hair all over the room. Playground toys had not been cleaned in several seasons it seemed, covered in grime. No soap in dispenser in room. The “grass” on the room terrace had a very strong urine smell after it rained, I imagine dogs pee out there thinking it’s real grass

The hotel was spectacular and family friendly. My kids loved the outdoor playground, playstation room, the indoor swimming pool and the football place. The staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast could be improved and you can enjoy a delicious burger in the restaurant at night. Plus they have kids menu for dinner. You can enjoy long walks around the lake and enjoy the sun in the room balcony.

The internet connection was weak Lack of electric kettle in the room Lack of elevator especially if u have a lot of luggage

On the positive side, the service was good, and the staff tried to address the issues.

On the negative side, I didn't feel that the hotel lived up to its 4-star rating. The room lacked a hairdryer, and the only option for drying my hair was to go to the sauna. However, walking around with wet hair to dry it was uncomfortable for me. In our room, the air conditioner started leaking heavily, and water dripped onto the television, which also spoiled our stay. We had to turn off the air conditioner, open the window, and spend the entire night trying to catch insects. The spa area was overcrowded with children playing with their father using a large inflatable ball in the main pool. I believe that the spa area should be a place for relaxation and rest, not for ball games. Public pools should be used for such activities, not relaxation zones. The breakfast was meager. Unfortunately, we came late for breakfast (which ends at 9:30 on weekends), and there was almost no food left (we came at 9:45). The staff gladly made us an omelet, but the overall selection was more fitting for a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star one. It was very limited. The panoramic terraces and lake views were not available in all rooms. We were hoping to relax on the terrace, but unfortunately, we were assigned a room with a view of the parking lot. Speaking of parking, there are very few spaces available, and we had to leave our car at another hotel. The spa only operates until 8:00 pm, and afterward, they have private hours that need to be booked in advance.

The service is exceptional! The guy who worked at the reception, at the restaurant and breakfast the next day should get promoted as soon as possible! Best service received in a long time.

The food in the restaurant was great. We loved having a separate mini-room for the kids with a bunk bed. The room was very spacious. We really enjoyed the pool area. Nice view of the lake from our room. Huge balcony. Playground outside. We had fun playing darts in the game room. The restaurant had a play area for kids, so we could eat in peace : ). Practical for visiting the nearby caves.

We were positively surprised by the spacious aestethic hotel, rooms, halls, terraces. Staff was very kind and helpful. Bike storage place, parking lot, wifi, children's corner, small cinema, playgrounds, jacuzzi, tasty cuisine including home-made pasta, pizza and everything fresh, it all served us well. Proximity to the Single Trail and paths in the beautiful nature for long walks were just as great. There are many opportunities to visit other spots in the area nearby (caves, castles, hiking, etc.). We really enjoyed our stay and will gladly come back.

There could be an electric kettle at disposal in the hotel room of this standard. We spotted a few ants in the bathroom and bedroom but it is located in nature so it's just natural. We were surprised by a presence of a dog in the hotel restaurant a bit. This one was small and calm so it didn't bother anyone. We didn't used the pool as the water is rather cold for our taste.

Breakfast was good, But the value isn't as good as previous years with breakfast and dinner included for a much lower price per night. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. COLD SHOWERS!!

Big room with beautiful view at the local pond. Very silent nights with morning's songs of the birds. Wellness was lovely (not many people were at the hotel during our weekend here).

The staff is very friendly, all kind of leisure activities, PlayStation, table tennis, swimming pool, jacuzzi. Very good breakfast and dinner…

The stuff did all the best to help us when needed. They were great. Breakfast was ok. The view is great. Gluten-free meals.

Not sure how it get 4 stars. Very expensive for what you get. Second room was small and it had no direct windows, it was via the first room, kinda claustrophobic especially for children. The room were not so clean as it should be. The TV remote was not working and the TV itself was very hot during operation. No electricity plug near the desk. The trampoline from the playground was barely standing, very dangerous for the kids.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, so we could go to caves next morning. Hotel is nearby Punka caves, so it was main reason we chose this hotel. Also the idea to spend day near the lake sounded nice. Advantages: Big room (we took family one) Terrace Building is renovated Warm pool

Disadvantages: If you pay attention to details you will notice that terrace doors/fridge ar full with fingerprints.renovation has some errors. It seems like long time ago it was allowed to smoke inside. Doesn't smell bad,but somehow we can imagine that. The slowest internet ever. 1mbps download and 0.3mbps upload. Breakfast starts at 8. We are early birds - way too late. Lake is small,and is near the small city, and you can feel that lake is not inviting to swim in somehow.

The location is just perfect. Views are splendid. I loved the swimming pool, friendly and welcoming staff . A perfect place for children and active people.

This is a great place for family vacations - there are play areas for kids in the restaurant, on a terrace, in a dedicated play room. There also is a cinema room. The hotel is renovated and looks more modern than on some of the current pictures displayed here. The terrace of our room was very big and the view fantastic!

The hotel is simply pure relaxation. The exceptional location, the friendly staff, the beautiful paths that invite you to hike, cycle..... The hotel rooms are clean, the Whirlpool invites you to relax and enjoy. The hotel restaurant offers excellent dishes with attention to detail. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a hotel for relaxing, sporting activities or just to unwind, this hotel is the top adress. Highly recommended.

Located in a beautiful area with rooms facing the lake. Lots of green spaces and hiking, cycling tracks around. The hotel has lots of playrooms & few playgrounds. The food is really good and the staff is friendly.

The hotel is targeted towards locals as there is no menu/information available in English. Staff does not speak English either. The offer we got was dramatically overpriced, especially the new was huge mould in the kids room. It is a good place especially for older kids- the facility does not allow buggy:wheelchair access.

The hotel was ideal for our purpose - a Fri-Sun visit to the caves of the Moravsky Kras. Rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly. The location, including the view over the lake, is wonderful. We also enjoyed a swim in the hotel pool and a bath in the whirlpool, both included in the room price. Breakfast was good, including vegetarian options, which was important for us as we both eat vegetarian food (incl. eggs and milk products), and included great coffee that we could choose to make fresh from beans at an automatic cappucino/espresso machine. Additionally, we enjoyed the restaurant of the hotel in the evenings, although more vegetarian options would make it even better. Finally, although we did not travel with children ourselves, we would like to note that the hotel is really children-friendly, offering a large playground outside and a small but cute one even in the restaurant, both of which were enjoyed by children of other guests.

Although overall we really enjoyed our stay, some details could be improved: - the fridge in the room did not have a good thermostat, so that already at level 2 it froze=destroyed the tomatos I had stored in it. - while the rooms were very clean and tidy when we arrived, making up the rooms during the stay was not done very carefully (beds were not made)

Outdoor and indoor playground for children. Amazing buffet for breakfast. Good location with perfect view. Meals for dinner were fine, nothing special. Room was clean and comfortable. Staffs were super nice and friendly.
