Property was meticulous. Everything felt relatively new, tons of natural light. Steps from the beach. The balconies (off the kitchen level, and rooftop) are nice touches. My kids loved the bunk beds. The master shower is great. Beds are all comfortable We loved that there were bikes, beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. It made packing that much easier. Highly recommend!

Don't hesitate to book this property! It is a beautiful house (accurate pictures and descriptions) within steps to the beach. This was our first trip as a family of 3, and we needed a house that was close to the beach because we didn't want to be driving with an 11-month old/lugging things back and forth from a far location. This house was so perfect! When the baby napped, we were able to enjoy the view from the deck, but you also have a view of the beach from the kitchen and living area- can't beat that when the weather isn't great. Also within walking distance to several restaurants and the coffee shop (open daily). Duane was a great host and was super responsive before and during the trip, and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The pool is a big bonus too! Looking forward to our next stay.

The house is really nicely done. Especially loved the roof deck and proximity to the beach. Had a couple of things not working when we got there (which isn't surprising when staying in the off-season), but Duane was quick to address any issues. Would definitely stay again... hopefully longer next time!

Spacious property, modern, up to date, and very clean. Loved having the heated pool in the back yard. Walking distance to fun restaurants and cozy neighborhood bars.So want to return. Thank you .

One of the cleanest and well stocked vacation homes I've ever rented on LBI. The view from the roof deck was amazing. Just a few steps and we were on the beach. We had a fantastic stay and didn't want to leave. Awesome vacation at Shamrock By the Sea, thank you Diane & Kathy! We look forward to returning in 2018!

Shamrock by the sea is a great house with nice furnishings and so close to the beach! Easy access on and off the island. We've been coming here for years and the owners have been wonderful-easy to reach and very helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Spent a week the last two summers, and am booked again for 2018. Perfect location adjacent to the beach, modern, clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything-there was not an item we reached for in the kitchen they did not have. Outside rinse off shower is ideal upon returning from the beach, especially with sand-filled little ones. Having the pool is also great when you need a break from the beach. Try the chowder at the Greenhouse Cafe (walking distance)...absolutely amazing! Owners are extremely responsive and clearly care that their renters are enjoying themselves. Our only con is the lack of a tub in either bathroom. This poses a bit of a challenge with the kids but we worked around it. Definitely not a deal-breaker. You won't be disappointed!

This is really a lovely place to stay. We spent lots of time on the little balcony, and really appreciated the elevator. There are so many extras - the pool, bikes, chairs for the beach, etc. This is a lovely home, and I would highly recommend it.

This was our 3rd straight year staying here. Once again Duane and Kathy out did their selfs with this property. They upgraded couches and beach chairs and umbrellas! The house is 2

Steps from the beach, a heated pool, your own picnic and lounge areas-and not just one, but several. I just can't say enough about how perfect this spot was for my family. While Ship Bottom is probably one of the more quieter spots in LBI, you can still hop in the car to get to Beach Haven in 15 min for some more local activity. Still, there are plenty of ice cream shops and mini golf that are in easy walking distance. The condo is split with another unit so you share the pool/picnic are- but that was never an issue for us. We were rarely in that area at the same time. Rooftop lounge area was my favorite for relaxing in the early morning with a book and my coffee or at sunset for the view. The place also had amenities for the beach which is thoughtful. Thanks so much for a great experience!

What a great house and great week!

Everything you would need for a relaxing vacation on LBI. Location to all store amenities and restaurants keeps you on the beach instead of driving around the island in traffic and the roof deck is spectacular! The pool is just right for the kids if they tire of the ocean and sun.

Wonderful stay! We enjoyed the convenience to the beach and causeway. Duane and Kathy were very accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable! The elevator did stop working after a couple of days due to an emergency "automatic lock".. but it was the least of our worries! The place is clean, updated and charming. We loved the roof deck! Would absolutely recommend!

This was our first vacation with our baby- we wanted a house that was walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants, Shamrock By The Sea delivered! Perfect location, immaculately kept, heated pool and a rooftop deck!

Our third year in a row staying here. The unit is has excellent accommodations. Three houses off the beach, around the corner from breakfast & lunch restaurants, a handful of blocks from dozens of food and service venues. The house is maintained in immaculate condition. The owners provide contact information for immediate concerns and post stay recommendations. We have already booked for next fall and added a week in the spring. This is a property where the owner is intricately involved with the week to week rental of the property, interested in your experience and ready to address any issue. You can not ask for more at the Jersey Shore.

Our family rented this house for the first time in August and had an amazing vacation. The location is perfect -steps to the beach. With a young child who hasn't quite warmed up to the ocean yet the pool was a wonderful feature to be able to utilize mid-day. The house itself is modern and comfortable, and the two outside decks including the rooftop crow's nest are amazing features with great views. We have already re-booked for next year and would highly recommend this property to anyone.

My family rented this house in August..first time renters..and how nice to be pleasantly surprised by such a beautiful and clean home step from the ocean! Not one problem..and the owners were super nice and easy to work with!! Such a great experience..will be renting this house again for sure!!

This home was perfect for this years LBI vacation. We had seven people in the house and we all slept comfortably. The pool was a great plus to the beach. The kids were able to hangout there with all their friends. The feature that makes this house is the roof top area. Its furnished with comfy sofas, chairs and lounge chairs for sunning. The view is specatcular. The walk to the beach was feet away and the location for food and fun was in walking distance.

This was our first year staying at Shamrock by the Sea and we have already re-booked for Summer 2017! This truly is the best rental on LBI. It is clean and completely updated, steps from the beach with amazing beach views and a private pool. We have young children so a pool was key in our rental search and there really aren't that many places that offer that option that are so nice. Also, the location was perfect. It's within walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream shops, mini golf and an arcade. It was so nice to not have to drive anywhere if we didn't want to! The owner, Duane, checked in to make sure our trip was going well and if there was anything we needed. He is friendly and accessible which is great. The house is well equipped and even has beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards. We are already looking forward to next summer!

Our second year staying at Shamrock by The Sea during the month of September. Just the right time to still have great weather, avoid summer crowds and most venues are still operating. The location is perfect for access to the beach, views of the beach and surrounding area, and walking to restaurants and stores. The street is short with only a handful of rentals, minimal street parking, so beach traffic up and down the street is very light. The facility is in great shape, well maintained, clean and comfortable. The amenities are plentiful. Though the facility has two units, other than occasionally seeing the other tenants in the driveway, you wouldn't know the other half of the building was occupied as well. It's quiet, no sound bleeding through walls. We will definitely be returning for a third season.

We could not have found a better home to stay at in LBI. The home is tastefully decorated and very clean. The pool was the perfect size for our kids (9 years and 7 years) and you cannot get any closer to the beach which was amazingly convenient. This home provided the perfect summer get away vacation for our family of four. Duane was a gracious host and always on top of our every request. We would highly recommend renting this home.
